Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for massage with improved moisturizing and rolling properties and a gel containing the same. More specifically, the present invention is a cosmetic composition for massage with improved rolling properties, lubricity, and feeling of use, which is a functional cosmetic that can enhance skin improvement through skin moisturizing properties and improve skin troubles or skin diseases through improved antibacterial and antioxidant activities. is to provide In addition, the cosmetic composition for massage may be provided in a gel type.
The skin is the most external organ of the body, and not only affects the appearance and image, but also indicates the health condition of the body. In addition, the skin serves as the primary defense barrier of the human body, such as preventing evaporation of moisture in the body, regulating body temperature, protecting the human body from external stimuli such as ultraviolet rays, and preventing the invasion of harmful microorganisms and contaminants. If skin wastes are left on the skin, it clogs pores or causes the propagation of microorganisms, resulting in skin troubles. Insufficient skin moisturizing, skin soothing, and blood circulation in the skin cause wrinkles and dryness of the skin, accelerating skin aging. , the function as the body's primary defense is also poor.
In order to prevent skin aging and maintain skin health, recently, cosmetic procedures using cosmetic devices have been performed, but face washing and massage are the most basic and important in skin care.
In general, massage uses cosmetics for massage containing oily components such as oil and wax as main components to minimize skin irritation. This can be seen as a distinguishing feature from cleansing cosmetics that contain surfactants as main components to remove skin wastes.
In order to help the understanding of the cosmetic for massage according to the present invention, the characteristics of the cosmetic for cleansing, which are distinguished from the cosmetic for massage, will be described. . Among them, the water-type cleansing cosmetics are formulated with a relatively excessive amount of surfactants of 10 to 40% by weight, and mainly include anionic surfactants. Water-based cleansing cosmetics contain an excess of surfactant, so skin wastes can be easily removed, but surfactants can irritate the skin, so they cannot be used as a composition for skin massage. In addition, emulsion-type cleansing cosmetics are known to contain 20 to 70% by weight of an oily component and are effective in removing makeup and capable of massaging. However, since the emulsion type contains a large amount of oil, oil may remain on the skin after cleansing and cause skin trouble. In addition, in order to remove the oil remaining on the skin, there is a disadvantage of excessive stimulation to the skin because foam cleansing or secondary cleansing using soap is performed. In addition, since oil-type cleansing cosmetics use almost 100% by weight of oil, the effect of removing makeup is very excellent, and skin massage is possible. However, like the emulsion type, the oily type can cause skin trouble by remaining oil on the skin after cleansing, and there is the inconvenience of having to wash the face a second time to remove the oil remaining on the skin. There is a downside of giving excessive stimulation to .
Lubricity and rolling properties are basically the most important for cosmetics for massage. In addition, it is very important that the lubricity and rollability are stably maintained in the process of friction for a certain period of time. In recent years, as lubricity and rollability are limited physical properties, functional factors such as skin moisturizing, antibacterial, and antioxidant effects, along with a feeling of use left on the skin, have emerged as very important features.
On the other hand, looking at these characteristics, cosmetics for massage can be classified in various ways according to the formulation or property, and can be largely classified into water-type, oil-type, and cream-type. Among them, water-type massage cosmetics contain a large amount of water-soluble polymers to represent a gel formulation, and have the advantage of giving a refreshing feeling due to their high moisture content, but have low functional effects such as moisturizing, antioxidant and antibacterial. In addition, water-type massage cosmetics are massaged with the slipperiness of polymers, so they have poor spreadability and massage feeling compared to oil-type massage cosmetics, and the slipperiness of polymers weakens as moisture evaporates, which stimulates the skin during massage. there is

In order to confirm the synergistic effect according to the interaction of the active ingredients included in each extract according to mixing, M1 to M12 were prepared by mixing the AW to GW in the range according to [Table 1] below.
(단위: 중량부)(unit: parts by weight)
Experimental Example: Physical Properties and Activity Evaluation]
1. Property evaluation
A water-soluble gel-type cosmetic for massage was prepared using AEX, BEX, and M1 to M15 without adding polyol and glycerin. Rollability and lubricity were evaluated while applying skin friction for each preparation example. In the rubbing process, the degree of deterioration in roll-reel property and lubricity over time and the residual feeling of the skin after use were evaluated, and the case where it could be commercialized was evaluated as O, and the case where it was not was evaluated as X. The results are shown in [Table 2] below.
In the case of referring to [Table 2], in the case of AEX or BEX alone, it was confirmed that the lubricity was reduced due to friction in the massage process. Therefore, in the case of the above composition, it is necessary to prepare a formulation containing a small amount of polyol and glycerin.
On the other hand, in the case of the mixed formulations of M1 to M15, problems such as deterioration in lubricity were not confirmed, and it was confirmed that they had physical properties advantageous to commercialization. It can be seen from this that when the daylily leaf extract and the aloe extract are mixed in a certain range, they can exhibit advantageous physical properties in preparing a cosmetic composition for massage without an additive such as an additional polyol.
Therefore, it can be confirmed that it is possible to provide a cosmetic composition for massage without problems such as skin trouble for sensitive skin.
2. Moisturizing evaluation
In order to evaluate the moisturizing effect on AEX and M1 to M15, the gel-type cosmetic composition for massage was provided to 20 people selected as test subjects and allowed to use it. All of the test subjects were selected as women with dry skin. The skin moisturizing activity for the provided cosmetics was evaluated by having the test subjects evaluate the moisturizing satisfaction.
For objective evaluation, the result of AEX was fixed at 1 and evaluated with an index of 1 to 10, and the higher the index, the better the moisturizing satisfaction.
The results are shown in [Figure 1] below.
Referring to FIG. 1 below, it can be confirmed that moisturizing properties are improved when BEX is mixed, and moisturizing satisfaction is improved when M8 to M10 are used. It can be seen that each extract exhibits a synergistic effect due to the interaction in the above range.
On the other hand, in the case of M13 and M14, additional synergistic activity can be confirmed. Through this, it can be seen that a cosmetic composition for massage that exhibits an excellent moisturizing effect can be prepared with a smaller content. Through this, it is possible to provide a cosmetic composition for massage that can be used for a long time without problems such as cytotoxicity.
3. Evaluation of skin antioxidant activity
DPPH radical scavenging ability was measured to evaluate the skin antioxidant activity of each composition. Antioxidant activity was measured by hydrogen electron donating ability for each concentration of AEX, 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 (mg/mL). Specifically, the sample was dissolved in methanol as a solvent, and 900 μL of a DPPH solution (100 μM) and 100 μL of each sample were mixed and stirred. After reacting this mixed sample for 30 minutes in the dark, the absorbance was measured at 520 nm. The hydrogen electron donating ability was averaged by repeating each experiment three times, and then the degree of decrease in absorbance with respect to the control was calculated by the following [Equation 1].
The results are shown in [Figure 2] below.
[식 1][Equation 1]
An=(A0-A)/A0*100A n =(A 0 -A)/A 0 *100
An: DPPH radical 소거능에 대한 항산화 활성(%)A n : Antioxidant activity (%) for DPPH radical scavenging ability
A 0 : Absorbance of DPPH solution without sample added
A: Absorbance of DPPH in reaction solution and sample reacted
Referring to FIG. 2 below, it can be confirmed that the inhibitory activity against active oxygen increases in a concentration-dependent manner when AW is used. Therefore, it can be seen that when the AEX is used, a composition exhibiting antioxidant activity can be provided, and through this, cell damage caused by reactive oxygen species can be reduced.
In addition, in order to confirm the synergistic activity of the mixed formulation, the DPPH radical scavenging ability of the extracts of M1 to M15 was measured in the same manner. On the other hand, in order to objectively confirm the synergistic effect due to the interaction of each mixed formulation, AEX was fixed as
Referring to [Figure 3] below, it was confirmed that excellent synergistic activity compared to AEX was obtained in the case of the mixed composition. In particular, it was confirmed that the antioxidant activity was increased in the case of M3 to M5 range. In addition, referring to M1, M2, and M6, it can be seen that the above synergistic effect is not observed when the mixture is out of the mixing range of M2 to M4. It can be seen that synergistic activity occurs according to the interaction of each active ingredient in the range of the mixed composition.
Therefore, in the case of M3 to M5, it can be seen that an excellent antioxidant effect can be enjoyed with a smaller content through synergistic activity, and there is no problem such as cytotoxicity due to long-term use.
In addition, referring to M8 to M10 and M13 and M14, it can be seen that an additional synergistic effect can be obtained when the extract is further mixed and used in a certain mixing range. In particular, it can be seen that the antioxidant activity is very excellent in the range of M13 and M14.
Therefore, it can be confirmed that it is possible to provide a composition having excellent antioxidant activity when using a single extract or a mixed formulation of the extract according to the present invention. In addition, in the case of a certain mixed formulation, excellent antioxidant activity can be exhibited even with a small amount of use.
4. Evaluation of skin antibacterial activity
To evaluate the antibacterial activity against AEX and M1 to M15, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were measured by disc diffusion assay. A plate medium for antibacterial test was prepared by dispensing 100 μl of the culture solution of each subcultured strain and then smearing it using a sterile cotton swab. After each sample was slowly absorbed into a paper disc, dried, the solvent was volatilized, and then incubated at 37°C for 24 hours in close contact with the plate medium. Then, the antibacterial activity was compared by measuring the inhibition ring (clear zone, mm) generated around the disc.
On the other hand, purified water was used as a control, and for objective evaluation of antibacterial activity for each composition, the control result was fixed as 1, and the antibacterial activity against each microorganism of AEX and M1 to M15 was synthesized and represented by an index of 1 to 10. was
The higher the number, the better the antibacterial activity.
The results are shown in [Figure 4] below.
Referring to [Figure 4] below, it can be seen that there is an antibacterial activity on the skin in the case of AEX. In addition, in the case of the mixed formulation, a remarkable synergistic activity can be confirmed in the range of M3 to M5, and it can be confirmed that additional synergistic effects appear in M8 to M10 and M13 and M14.
Through this, it can be confirmed that a synergistic effect appears due to the interaction of the active ingredients included in each extract in the case of a certain mixed composition range.
