Claims (11)
- 이차 전지의 전극에 사용되는 전극판으로서,
도전성 금속 재료를 포함하는 전극 코어체와,
상기 전극 코어체의 표면에 부여되고, 전극 활물질을 포함하는 전극 활물질층과,
폭 방향의 한쪽의 단부변으로부터 외측으로 돌출되고, 상기 전극 활물질층이 부여되어 있지 않으며, 상기 전극 코어체가 노출된 전극 탭
을 구비하고,
적어도 상기 전극 탭의 외측의 단부변으로부터 폭 방향의 내측을 향하여 0.01mm 내지 0.2mm의 영역에, 두께 40nm 내지 200nm의 상기 금속 재료의 산화막을 갖는 제1 영역이 형성되어 있고, 당해 제1 영역이 상기 전극 탭의 외측의 단부변을 따라 연장되어 있는, 전극판. - 제1항에 있어서, 폭 방향의 내측을 향함에 따라 상기 금속 재료의 산화막의 두께가 점감하는 제2 영역이, 상기 제1 영역의 폭 방향의 내측에 인접하도록 형성되어 있는, 전극판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전극 코어체는, 상기 금속 재료로서 구리 또는 구리 합금을 포함하는, 전극판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이차 전지의 부극에 사용되는, 전극판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전극 탭은, 상기 전극판의 폭 방향의 한쪽의 단부변에, 상기 전극판의 긴 변 방향에 있어서 소정의 간격을 두고 복수 형성되어 있고,
복수의 상기 전극 탭의 사이에 위치하는 상기 단부변에 상기 전극 활물질층이 인접해 있는, 전극판. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전극 활물질층이 인접한 단부변에 있어서의 상기 전극 코어체의 단부에, 상기 폭 방향의 중앙 영역에 있어서의 상기 전극 코어체의 두께보다 두께가 두꺼운 후육부가 마련되어 있는, 전극판.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 후육부의 표면에, 탄소 재료 내지 탄소 원소를 포함하는 화합물을 함유하는 피복층이 부착되어 있는, 전극판.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전극 활물질층의 두께에 대한 상기 후육부의 피복층의 두께의 비율이 0.01 내지 0.2인, 전극판.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전극 코어체의 상기 후육부는, 두께 방향의 양측 또는 편측에 돌출된 캡부와, 당해 캡부와 전극 코어체 사이에 형성된 오목부를 구비한 갈고리 형상을 갖고 있는, 전극판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극 탭은, 상기 전극판의 폭 방향의 한쪽의 단부변에, 상기 전극판의 긴 변 방향에 있어서 소정의 간격을 두고 복수 형성되어 있고,
상기 복수의 전극 탭의 사이에 위치하는 단부변에, 상기 전극 코어체가 노출된 코어체 노출 영역이 인접해 있고, 당해 코어체 노출 영역의 외측의 단부변에 상기 제1 영역이 형성되어 있고, 당해 제1 영역이 상기 코어체 노출 영역의 긴 변 방향을 따라 연장되어 있는, 전극판. - 정극판과 부극판과 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극체를 구비하고,
상기 정극판 및 상기 부극판 중 적어도 한쪽이 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전극판인, 이차 전지.
