Abstract
Description
도 2는 Al2O3, 구리, BTC를 합성하여 CuBTC-Al2O3를 제조하는 반응 메커니즘이다.
도 3은 CuBTC에 의한 세균 및 바이러스 살처분 메커니즘이다.
도 4는 수직형 플러그 흐름 반응기로서 시스템을 개략적으로 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5는, H3BTC, Cu(NO3)2와 CuBTC의 대장균 살균 효과를 비교한 것이다.
도 6은, Al2O3와 Al2O3에 CuBTC을 코팅한 시료의 대장균 살균 효과를 비교한 것이다.
Claims (8)
- 알루미나 표면에 코팅된 구리-1,3,5-벤젠트리카르복실산(Cu-1,3,5-Benzenetricarboxylic acid, Cu-BTC)을 포함하는, 항균·항바이러스 물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 구리-1,3,5-벤젠트리카르복실산(Cu-1,3,5-Benzenetricarboxylic acid)는, H3BTC과 Cu(NO3)2·3H2O을 반응시켜 제조한 유기 금속체인, 항균·항바이러스 물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 항균·항바이러스 물질을 포함하는 공기청정기.
- γ-Al2O3 구체(Bead)를 증류수로 세척하고, 머플 퍼너스(Muffle Furnace)에서 소성시키는 단계;
H3BTC을 물과 에탄올의 혼합용액에 넣은 다음 Cu(NO3)2·3H2O를 혼합하여 CuBTC 용액을 준비하는 단계;
상기 CuBTC 용액과 γ-Al2O3 구체를 혼합한 다음 가압처리 하는 단계; 및
세척하여 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 CuBTC-Al2O3의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 소성은 150 내지 250℃의 온도에서 1시간 내지 3시간 동안 수행되는 것인, CuBTC-Al2O3의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 물과 에탄올의 부피비는 1:0.5 내지 1:2인, CuBTC-Al2O3의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 가압처리 단계는 100 내지 150℃에서 15내지 25시간 동안 수행되는 것인, CuBTC-Al2O3의 제조방법.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 제조된, 항균·항바이러스용 CuBTC-Al2O.
