Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oil-to-foam type two-layered face wash composition.
As interest in skin increases, interest in face washing is also increasing. It is a good example of the importance of washing face that the facial cleansing methods of female celebrities with good skin, such as Go Hyun-jung's fluffy facial cleansing method and Lee Min-jung's mist washing method, became a hot topic. Depending on the person, there may be a face-washing method that suits them, but the double face-wash method is usually emphasized. The reason that double cleansing is emphasized is that the first cleanser alone leaves behind cleanser or makeup residues, and the second cleanser alone does not dissolve all makeup, which reduces the cleaning ability. Therefore, as the primary face wash, cleansing oil, cleansing water, and cleansing cream that can dissolve makeup are used, and as the second face wash, the primary face wash and a cleansing foam that can wash off makeup residues are used. This double-washing has the advantage of maintaining clear and bright skin, but has the disadvantage of being cumbersome to wash twice.
Therefore, if there is a face wash that can act as both the primary and secondary face wash at the same time, it will be possible to protect the skin while compensating for the disadvantage of being cumbersome.

Example 1. Evaluation of a face wash according to the composition
In order to evaluate the layer separation, layer separation time, foaming power, cleaning power, and rinsing properties according to the composition of the face wash, the composition was tested as shown in Table 1 below. Table 1 below is configured according to the change in the type of surfactant, the presence and absence of polyol and change in the type, the presence or absence of purified water, and the presence or absence of a nonionic surfactant. The unit in Table 1 below is weight %.
Examples 1 to 4 of Table 1 below are face washes constructed by changing the types of anhydrous ionic surfactants and polyols in oil, and Comparative Example 1 is a face wash containing only oil and anhydrous ionic surfactants. In addition, in the case of Comparative Example 2, it is a face wash containing oil, a surfactant, and purified water, and in the case of Comparative Example 3, it is a face wash containing oil, an anhydrous ionic surfactant, and a nonionic surfactant.
The evaluation results are shown in Table 2 below.
As shown in Examples 1 to 4 of Table 2, it was confirmed that there was no significant difference in the types of anhydrous ionic surfactants and polyols in all aspects of layer separation, layer separation speed, marking power, cleaning power, and rinsing properties. . On the other hand, in the detergent without a polyol as in Comparative Example 1, layer separation did not occur, foaming power and rinsing properties were improved, but it was confirmed that the cleaning power was reduced. In addition, as in Comparative Example 2, when purified water was included, the layer separation rate was very slow, and it was confirmed that the separation took place after 2 days or more, and it was confirmed that the foaming power and the cleaning power were reduced. As in Comparative Example 3, it was confirmed that layer separation did not occur when a nonionic surfactant was included.
Therefore, it was confirmed that the face wash excellent in foaming power, detergency, and rinsing properties while layer separation occurred was a face wash containing oil, anhydrous ionic surfactant, and polyol.
Example 2. Evaluation of a face wash according to the type of oil
In order to evaluate the layer separation of the face wash according to the type of oil, the layer separation time, the foaming power, the cleaning power, and the rinsing property, the type of oil was changed and the composition shown in Table 3 below was tested. The unit in Table 3 below is weight %.
In the case of Examples 4 to 7, a face wash composition for removing makeup consisting of vegetable oil or hydrocarbon-based oil, anhydrous anionic surfactant, and polyol. Table 3 below is arranged in the order of the polarity of the oil. In Comparative Example 4, polar oil was used instead of vegetable oil or hydrocarbon-based oil in the configuration of Examples, and in Comparative Example 5, silicone oil was used.
The results of evaluating whether or not the layer is separated, the layer separation speed, the foaming power, the cleaning power, and the rinsing property according to the configuration of Table 3 are shown in Table 4 below.
As shown in Table 4, in Comparative Example 4 using polar oil, layer separation was not made, and in Comparative Example 5 using silicone oil among non-polar oils, layer separation occurred, but it was confirmed that bubbles were not generated.
In addition, it was confirmed that, in the non-polar oil, the higher the non-polarity, the faster the layer separation rate, and the higher the layer separation rate, the lower the foaming force and rinsing properties.
Through the above results, it was confirmed that vegetable oil or hydrocarbon-based oil is more suitable as a face wash composition having a two-layer structure.
Example 3. Evaluation of a face wash according to the ratio of oil and surfactant
In order to find the composition ratio of the face wash with significant effect, an experiment was conducted with the composition shown in Table 5 below. The units in Table 5 below are weight % units.
The results of evaluating the configuration of Table 5 are shown in Table 6 below.

As shown in Table 6, it was confirmed that when the content of oil and surfactant was changed, the layer separation and speed were not affected, but the foaming power, cleaning power, and rinsing properties were controlled.
As shown in Table 6, in the case of Example 8, the makeup cleaning power was reduced, and in the case of Example 12 and Comparative Example 6, the foaming power and rinsing properties were decreased. In the case of Example 11, in which the ratio of oil and surfactant is 4:3, it was confirmed that all of the foaming power, makeup, and rinsing properties were effective, but when the ratio of oil and surfactant was 1:2 to 4:3, bubbles were formed. It was confirmed that the effect above a certain level in all aspects of power, makeup, and rinsing properties was confirmed.
