Abstract
상기 2액형 살균소독제 조성물은 과초산을 고농도로 발생시킬 수 있는 성분으로 이루어져 있으며, 발생된 과초산의 농도가 오랜 기간 유지되어 우수한 살균효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 실시예 3 내지 14를 통해 제조된 제1조성물과 제2조성물을 1:1의 중량부로 혼합한 후에 시간의 흐름에 따른 과초산의 농도변화를 측정하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (15)
- 과산화물이 8 내지 20 중량%와 정제수 잔량으로 이루어진 제1조성물 및 아세틸 관능기를 갖는 화합물이 0.5 내지 2 중량%와 정제수 잔량으로 이루어진 제2조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조성물과 상기 제2조성물은 1:1의 중량부로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 과산화물은 과탄산나트륨 및 과산화수소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조성물에는 금속이온봉쇄제 0.8 내지 15 중량%가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 금속이온봉쇄제는 에티드론산, 에티드론산염, 에데트산, 에데트산염, 시트르산, 시트르산 수화물, 에틸렌다이아민테트라아세트산염 및 인계 화합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조성물에는 반응촉매 1 내지 3 중량%가 더 함유되며,
상기 반응촉매는 인산으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조성물에는 부식억제제 0.025 내지 0.5 중량%가 더 함유되며,
상기 부식억제제는 안식향산나트륨 및 벤조트리아졸로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1조성물에는 비이온 계면활성제 0.1 내지 3 중량%가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 아세틸 관능기를 갖는 화합물은 테트라아세틸에틸렌디아민 및 글루코오스펜타아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2조성물에는 비이온 계면활성제 0.1 내지 3 중량% 및 소포제 0.5 내지 1 중량%가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2조성물에는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스염 0.1 내지 4 중량%가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2조성물에는 과황산 화합물 1 내지 3 중량%가 더 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,
상기 과황산 화합물은 포타슘퍼옥시모노설페이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2조성물에는 활성화제 1 내지 2 중량%가 더 함유되며,
상기 활성화제는 황산나트륨으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2조성물에는 가용화제 0.5 내지 1.5 중량%가 더 함유되며,
상기 가용화제는 프로필렌글리콜로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보존안정성이 우수한 2액형 살균소독제 조성물.
