사용자에게 제공할 쿠폰 발행 금액 규모에 따라 쿠폰 발행을 요청하며, 상기 쿠폰 제공과 함께 발주처의 광고용 페이지를 온라인 방식으로 생성하여 제공하는 쿠폰발주 단말기;
상기 쿠폰발주 단말기를 통해 요청되는 쿠폰 발행에 따른 쿠폰 코드를 생성하여 쿠폰을 발행하고, 상기 쿠폰을 수령하는 사용자들이 접속하여 상기 쿠폰 코드를 입력할 때 사용자가 희망하는 쿠폰 종류에 따라 발행될 수 있도록 선택할 수 있는 온라인 페이지를 제공하며, 상기 온라인 페이지를 통해 사용자가 희망 쿠폰을 선택 후 수령할 수 있도록 메시지를 제공하되, 상기 메시지를 제공함과 동시에 상기 쿠폰발주 단말기에서 생성된 광고용 페이지를 함께 제공하는 쿠폰운영 서버;
