천연인디고 분말에 수산화나트륨을 혼합하고 pH를 10 ~ 12로 조절하여 제1조성물을 조성하는 단계(S10)와,
상기 제1조성물에 차아황산나트륨을 혼합하고 천연인디고를 수용성으로 변환하여 제2조성물을 조성하는 단계(S20)와,
상기 제2조성물의 불순물을 침전하고 상등액을 분리하여 수용성 인디고 염액을 수득하는 단계(S30)와,
상기 수용성 인디고 염액에 과산화수소 또는 산소를 주입하여 산화시킨 후 상등액을 제거하고 침전물을 분리하여 천연인디고 유기안료를 수득하는 단계(S40)와,
상기 천연인디고 유기안료를 습식 밀링기에 투입하고 500 ~ 800nm 크기의 나노입자로 분쇄하는 단계(S50)와,
상기 분쇄된 천연인디고 유기안료에 첨가물을 배합하여 DTP용 친환경잉크를 조성하는 단계(S60)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연인디고 색소를 이용한 디지털 텍스타일 프린팅용 친환경잉크 제조방법.
