Abstract
본 발명의 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금은, 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 2.5~3.5%, 철(Fe): 0.6~1.2%, 보론(B):0.005~0.1%, 탄소(C):0.05~0.8%, 주석(Sn): 0.2~1.0%, 잔여 알루미늄(Al) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 불순물은, 구리(Cu): 0.08% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.05% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.05% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.1% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.1%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고, 그리고 하기 관계식 1-4를 각각 만족한다.

- 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 2.5~3.5%, 철(Fe): 0.6~1.2%, 보론(B):0.005~0.1%, 탄소(C):0.05~0.8%, 주석(Sn): 0.2~1.0%, 잔여 알루미늄(Al) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
상기 불순물은, 구리(Cu): 0.08% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.05% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.05% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.1% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.1%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고, 그리고
하기 관계식 1-4를 각각 만족하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관계식 1에 의해 정의되는 Si+Fe 값이 3.9~4.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관계식 2에 의해 정의되는 Si/Fe 함량비가 2.5~4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관계식 3에 의해 정의되는 (Si+Fe)/(B+C+Sn) 함량비가 4.35~4.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주조용 알루미늄 합금은, 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 2.8~3.2%, 철(Fe): 0.8~1.1%, 보론(B):0.005~0.05%, 탄소(C):0.05~0.3%, 주석(Sn): 0.2~0.5%, 잔여 Al 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불순물은 중량%로, 구리(Cu): 0.005% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.005% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.005% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.015% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.02%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관계식 4에 의해 정의되는 [(Si+Fe)/(Cu+Mn+Mg+Cr+Zn)] 값이 70.0~80.0의 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금은 항복강도가 90N/mm2 이상이고, 열전도도가 185~210W/mK 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
