Abstract
본 발명의 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금은, 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 2.5~3.5%, 철(Fe): 0.6~1.2%, 잔여 알루미늄(Al) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 상기 불순물은, 구리(Cu): 0.5% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.3% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.3% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.2% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.2%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고, 그리고 관계식 1-3을 각각 만족한다.

Claims (8)
- 중량%로, 실리콘(Si): 2.5~3.5%, 철(Fe): 0.6~1.2%, 잔여 알루미늄(Al) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
상기 불순물은, 구리(Cu): 0.5% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.3% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.3% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.2% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.2%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고, 그리고
하기 관계식 1-3을 각각 만족하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.

[관계식 2]
2.1≤ Si/Fe ≤5.8
[관계식 3]
2.47≤ [(Si+Fe)/(Cu+Mn+Mg+Cr+Zn)] ≤ 80.0
- 제 1항에 있어서, 본 발명에서 상기 관계식 1에 의해 정의되는 Si+Fe 값이 3.9~4.0중량%를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 관계식 2에 의해 정의되는 Si/Fe 함량비가 2.5~4.0을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주조용 알루미늄 합금은, 상기 실리콘(Si): 2.8~3.2%, 철(Fe): 0.8~1.1%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서. 상기 불순물은, 중량%로, 구리(Cu): 0.1% 이하, 망간(Mn): 0.05% 이하, 마그네슘(Mg): 0.05% 이하, 크롬(Cr): 0.1% 이하 및 아연(Zn): 0.1%이하 중 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 불순물을 그 총합으로 0.05중량%이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 관계식 3에 의해 정의되는 [(Si+Fe)/(Cu+Mn+Mg+Cr+Zn)] 함량비가 70.0~80.0의 범위를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 합금은 항복강도가 80~90N/mm2이고, 열전도도가 185~195W/mK 범위를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도율이 우수한 주조용 알루미늄 합금.
