Description

Korean paper fiber fabric using pozzolan and its manufacturing method}Korean paper fiber fabric using pozzolan and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to the production of Korean paper textile fabric using pozzolan, and more particularly, pozzolan which is beneficial to the human body and can be decomposed naturally to prevent environmental pollution by manufacturing a nonwoven fabric, which is a mask raw material, but using Korean paper as the main raw material It relates to a Korean paper textile fabric and a method for manufacturing the same.

In general, nonwoven fabrics, which are chemical fibers, are compressed and adhered to chemical fibers using chemical glue, and in terms of feeling of use, they are thick and have poor adhesion to the face and have a rough feeling.

Also, recently, gel-type mask sheets are made, but the characteristic of this is that it is sticky, so it has good adhesion to the skin of the face, but the stickiness makes it difficult to use and gives considerable discomfort.

In addition, if you mix natural ingredients such as mud, loess, and charcoal with the lotion to be immersed in the mask sheet and immerse it in the mask sheet, the liquid of the lotion permeates evenly into the mask sheet, but solid substances such as mud, loess, and charcoal do not permeate evenly. and bad stains.

In addition, as it dries, solid substances such as mud, loess, and charcoal may stick to the face or cause inconvenience in usability as powder falls.

In addition, in recent years, in order to manufacture a mask pack in various forms using Korean paper, various materials such as mulberry pulp and wood pulp are mixed and produced.

This is because Korean paper tends to tear easily when wet, so to prevent this, a mask sheet is made by mixing various wood pulps. problems arise.

There is a property of weakening the lipids when there is moisture in Korean paper.

Laminating the surface of Korean paper means coating with water-soluble vinyl to prevent tearing of Korean paper or to prevent evaporation of lotion, but the original meaning of Hanji is also lost.

After that, the bark fibers are struck to obtain mulberry fibers.

The mulberry sap obtained by putting the mulberry fibers in a barrel and mixing them with water becomes the mulberry solution.

Polyethylene is dissolved in a solvent to make a solution.

(S2)] [Step 2 (S2)]

10-20wt of the prepared polyethylene melt and 60-70wt% of the mulberry solution are put in a tank and mixed to prepare a mixed solution.

Thereafter, the nonwoven fabric can be manufactured so that the basis weight is 10 to 20 g/m 2 by laminating the web on a conveyor that continuously moves the filament fibers and thermocompression bonding the filament web.

If the thickness of the filament is thinner than 1 denier, it is not preferable because of poor spinning workability. Conversely, if it exceeds 3 denier, the strength is low and softness cannot be ensured, so it is not preferable because stretching is not sufficient.

After spraying the illite nanoparticle solution on the fabric prepared in step 6, it is dried to form an illite coating layer on the surface of the fabric.

Illite is a chemical weathering of silicate minerals, and its main components are silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, and muscovite.

Illite is a very classy mineral that emits soft far-infrared rays and is safe for the skin. In addition to physiological effects on cells, Illite has excellent cosmetic effects such as moisturizing, luster, elasticity, and cleansing effects on the skin.

After spraying the arborvitae extract solution on the fabric prepared in step 6 above, it is dried to form a white oak extract coating layer on the surface of the fabric.

Arachnid cypress has a wide variety of physiologically active substances such as hinokiflavone, α-pinene, and quercetin.

Arbor vitae (Chinese arbor vitae) contains thujene and pinene among volatile essential oils.

As an evergreen coniferous arboreous tree, the height is 25m, the diameter is 1m, the leaves are coniferous, alternating, flowers are monosexual, April blooming, dioecious, male flowers are spherical, yellowish brown, female flowers are spherical, purple brown, 2-3 ovules per leaf. Fruits are conifers similar to berries, mature in September-October, 8 pieces, black purple (Chinese arbor vitae, Biological Resources Information - Folklore endemic plants, see KISTI).

Arborvitae is known to contain a lot of phytoncide, a natural antibacterial component. Here, 'phytoncide' contained as a natural antibacterial component in arborvitae is a bactericidal substance synthesized from phyton meaning plant and cide meaning killer, and is also called phytonside.

A manufacturing method using a Arborus arborvitae extract according to an embodiment of the present invention, which uses an arborvitae extract containing a phytoncide component as a raw material, will be described as follows.

First, a liquid arborvitae extract is extracted from the stem, fruit, and leaf of arborvitae.

As for the method of extracting the liquid extract from arborvitae, in the case of the stem of the arborvitae tree, it can be extracted by cutting the stem into a pressing device such as a juicer and squeezing the juice. You can extract the juice by putting the leaves into it, and in the case of the fruit, it can also be extracted by putting it in a pressing tool such as a juicer and squeezing the juice of the fruit. The extract extracted from the stem, leaf, or fruit of the cypress (cypress) tree may be a liquid extract, or it may be a liquid oil of an extract tree.

After mixing the liquid arborvitae extract and alcoholic alcohol, it is sprayed through a sprayer and applied thinly to form a layer.
