Claims (32)
- 식품 첨가제를 최대 5중량%로 포함하며, 식품 첨가제는 리그닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
1 내지 3중량%의 식품 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 최대 99중량%의 리그닌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
보충제, 농축물, 프리믹스, 또는 코어인 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제 조성물. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 정의된 첨가제 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
동물 사료의 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
동물 사료 성분은 설탕, 밀가루, 밀기울, 전분, 사탕 수수 주스, 사탕 수수 당밀, 효모, 분유, 오일, 수수, 옥수수, 볶은 통콩, 아미노산, 석회석, 인산이칼슘, 소금, 비타민, 엽산, 염화 콜린, 항산화제 및 미네랄로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
리그닌은 크래프트 리그닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 8 항에 있어서,
크래프트 리그닌은 경목 크래프트 리그닌인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 또는 첨가제 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
경목은 유칼립투스 목재인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
동물 사료인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
동물의 축산학 성능 및/또는 동물 기원의 제품을 특징을 개선시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
축산학 성능의 개선은 증가된 체중 증가, 감소된 사료 소비, 감소된 사료 전환, 감소된 지방 수준, 감소된 복강 내 지방 침착, 및 조직형태학적 장 변화로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
지방 수준의 감소는 LDL, HDL, 트라이글리세라이드, 혈장 산화 또는 Tbar 수준의 감소인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
조직형태학적 장 변화는 움 깊이의 증가 또는 융모 높이의 증가인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 13 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,

가축 및 반려 동물을 먹이기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 조성물. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 식품 조성물 또는 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 정의된 첨가제 조성물에서 식품 첨가제용인 것을 특징으로 하는 리그닌의 용도.
- 동물의 축산학 성능 및/또는 동물 기원의 제품의 특징을 개선하기 위한 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 6 항, 제 7 항 및 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 식품 조성물을 제조하기 위한 것을 특징으로 하는 리그닌의 용도.
