Description

Claims (1)
- 포유동물 기관, 조직 또는 그의 부분의 탈세포화된 세포외 기질에 무손상 혈관상 및 내피 세포 또는 내피 세포로 분화할 수 있는 줄기 또는 전구 세포 집단을 제공하는 단계; 및
탈세포화된 세포외 기질의 혈관계를 재-내피화하기에 유효한 양의 세포 및 혈관계를 통해 순환할 때 마이크로입자가 없는 상응하는 재-내피화된 탈세포화된 세포외 기질에 비해, 재-내피화 동안 또는 이후에 혈관계 내의 모세 혈관 내강 직경을 유지하거나, 감소를 줄이거나, 확장하는 양의 생체적합성 마이크로입자를 포함하는 제1 수용액을 탈세포화된 세포외 기질에 도입하는 단계를 포함하는,
무손상 혈관상을 갖는 포유동물 기관, 조직 또는 그의 부분의 재-내피화된 세포외 기질 내의 모세 혈관 내강 직경을 유지하거나, 감소를 줄이거나, 확장하는 방법.
