Abstract
본 발명에 따른 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법은 렌즈 상에 코팅한 후, 상기 코팅층 상에 칼라프린팅하는 인사이드코팅 및 칼라프린팅 단계(S100); 상기 코팅 후 칼라프린팅된 렌즈를 경화시키는 경화 단계(S200); 상기 경화된 렌즈의 광학부를 절단하는 광학부 제1 커팅 단계(S300); 상기 제1 커팅된 광학부에 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 주입하는 하드 콘택트렌즈 재질 주입 단계(S400); 상기 광학부에 주입된 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 중합시키는 제1 중합 단계(S500); 상기 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물이 중합된 광학부를 커팅하는 광학부 제2 커팅 단계(S600); 상기 2차 커팅된 광학부에 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 주입하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈 재질 주입 단계(S700); 상기 2차 커팅된 광학부에 주입된 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 중합시키는 제2 중합 단계(S800); 및 상기 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물이 중합된 렌즈를 커팅하는 제3 커팅 단계(S900)를 포함한다.
상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 색상을 표현하거나, 또는 투과한 광선의 색상을 조절하기 위해 콘택트렌즈에 첨가된 염료가 용출되는 것을 방지하며 소프트 콘택트렌즈와 하드 콘택트렌즈를 하나의 콘택트렌즈로 제작하여 두 렌즈의 장점을 취할 수 있는 콘택트렌즈를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 착용자의 각막에 착용하되, 소프트렌즈 내부의 광학부에 하드 콘택트렌즈가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하드 콘택트렌즈는 청광 효과를 가진 하드 콘택트렌즈이거나 변색 효과를 가진 하드 콘택트렌즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈.
- 렌즈 상에 코팅한 후, 상기 코팅층 상에 칼라프린팅하는 인사이드코팅 및 칼라프린팅 단계(S100);
상기 코팅 후 칼라프린팅된 렌즈를 경화시키는 경화 단계(S200);
상기 경화된 렌즈의 광학부를 절단하는 광학부 제1 커팅 단계(S300);
상기 제1 커팅된 광학부에 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 주입하는 하드 콘택트렌즈 재질 주입 단계(S400);
상기 광학부에 주입된 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 중합시키는 제1 중합 단계(S500);
상기 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물이 중합된 광학부를 커팅하는 광학부 제2 커팅 단계(S600);
상기 2차 커팅된 광학부에 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 주입하는 소프트 콘택트렌즈 재질 주입 단계(S700);
상기 2차 커팅된 광학부에 주입된 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물을 중합시키는 제2 중합 단계(S800); 및
상기 소프트 콘택트렌즈 조성물이 중합된 렌즈를 커팅하는 제3 커팅 단계(S900)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 광학부 제1 커팅 단계(S300)에서 상기 광학부는 상기 렌즈의 센터 부분으로, 상기 광학부는 5.0 내지 12.0mm의 직경 및 0.03 내지 0.05mm의 두께로 절단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
상기 하드 콘택트렌즈 재질 주입 단계(S400)에서 상기 변색 효과를 가진 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물은 Tris(3-Methacryloxypropyl tris(trimethylsiloxy)silane) 25 내지 30 중량부, DMA(N,N-Dimethylacrylamide) 27.5 내지 32.5 중량부, 글리세롤메타크릴레이트(GMMA) 5.5 내지 7.5 중량부, N-비닐피롤리돈(NVP) 3 내지 5 중량부, 메타크릴산(MAA) 4 내지 7 중량부, EGDMA(Ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate) 10 내지 15 중량부, NVP(N,N-Vinylpyrollidone) 15 내지 20 중량부 및 AIBN(Azobisisobutyronitrile) 0.3 내지 0.8 중량부의 중량 비율로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 광학부 제2 커팅 단계(S600)에서는 상기 하드 콘택트렌즈 조성물이 중합된 광학부를 5.0 내지 12.0mm의 직경 및 0.1 내지 0.3mm의 두께로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염료용출 방지 콘택트렌즈의 제조방법.
