도 5는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 튜브형 기준 전극과 ISFET를 포함하는 센서의 기준 전극을 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (5)
- 상부에 대상 용액이 주입되는 주입홈이 형성되고, 상기 주입홈의 하면에는 제1개구와 상기 제1개구와 이격된 제2개구가 각각 형성된 케이스;
상기 제1개구를 차단하며, 상기 대상 용액과 접촉되는 지시 전극; 및
상기 제2개구를 차단하고, 상기 대상 용액과 접촉되는 기준 전극을 포함하는 pH 센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 케이스는,
상기 지시 전극 및 상기 기준 전극을 지지하는 하부 케이스와,
상기 하부 케이스와 결합되며, 상기 주입홈이 형성된 상부 케이스를 포함하는 pH 센서.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 하부 케이스에는 상기 기준 전극과 외부 케이블이 연결될 수 있도록 홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 pH 센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기준 전극은,
Ag/AgCl로 만들어지고 내부에 수용 공간이 형성된 튜브와,
상기 수용 공간에 채워진 포화된 염화칼륨 용액과,
상기 튜브의 상부에 구비되며, 상기 포화된 염화칼륨 용액과 상기 대상 용액을 연결하는 다공성 물질로 만들어진 맴브레인을 포함하는 pH 센서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 기준 전극은,
Ag/AgCl로 만들어지고 내부에 수용 공간이 형성된 튜브와
상기 수용 공간에 채워진 포화된 염화칼륨 용액을 포함하고,
상기 튜브의 상부에는 100um 내지 300um의 직경의 개구가 형성되어, 상기 포화된 염화칼륨 용액과 상기 대상 용액을 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 pH 센서.
