Abstract

실험예Experimental example 1: 보습 효과 1: moisturizing effect

상기 실시예 1, 비교예 1 내지 3의 화장료 조성물에 대한 임상 보습효과를 다음과 같이 측정하였다. 설문 조사를 통하여 피부가 건조하다고 느끼는 건강한 성인 남녀 100 명을 무작위로 25 명씩 4개 그룹 (A, B, C 및 D)으로 나눈 후, A그룹에는 실시예 1의 화장료 조성물을, B그룹에는 비교예 1의 화장료 조성물을, C그룹에는 비교예 2의 화장료 조성물을, D 그룹에는 비교예 3의 화장료 조성물을 각각 1일 2회씩 2주간 안면에 도포하게 하였다. 보습 효과는 실사용 시험 시작 후부터 매 1주간, 그리고 종료 후의 개선 효과를 Corneometer CM 820 (Corage +Khazaka, Germany)를 이용하여 평가하였다.  실험 결과는 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.         상기 표 3에 나타낸 바와 같이, 바쿠치올 함유 나노에멀젼을 유효성분으로 포함하는 실시예 1의 화장료 조성물은 비교예 1 내지 3 화장료 조성물에 비해서 보습 효과가 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 실험예Experimental example 2: 피부 탄력 개선 효과 2: Skin elasticity improvement effect

본 실험예 2는 실시예 및 비교예에 따른 화장료 조성물의 피부 탄력 개선 효과를 알아보기 위하여, 30~40대의 탄력이 감소한 여성 40명을 대상으로 측정하였다. 10명씩 4개 그룹으로 나눈 뒤, 1 그룹에는 실시예 1을, 2 그룹에는 비교예 1를, 3 그룹에는 비교예 2을, 4 그룹에는 비교예 3을 안면에 매일 아침, 저녁으로 2회씩 12주간 도포하게 한 후, 12주 후 피부 탄력을 측정하였다. 얼굴 부위의 탄력을 cutometer SEM575 (MPA 580, Courage+Khazaka GmbH, Germany)를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 피부 탄력을 나타내는 R2(biological elasticity)를 도포 전과 도포 후를 측정한 뒤 개선도(%)로 평가하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 4에 나타내었으며, 결과는 각 군에 대한 개선도의 평균치이다.In this Experimental Example 2, in order to examine the effect of improving skin elasticity of the cosmetic compositions according to Examples and Comparative Examples, 40 women in their 30s to 40s with decreased elasticity were measured.
