Claims (20)
- 인공 디바이스를 전달하기 위한 확장 가능한 시스로서,
적어도 2개의 확장 가능한 링을 포함하고, 링 각각은,
링 둘레에 원주방향으로 이격된 길이방향 연장 빔;
각각의 빔 사이에서 연장되는 확장 가능한 스트러트를 포함하며;
확장 가능한 링은 시스의 길이방향 축을 따라 정렬되고 각각의 확장 가능한 링을 통과하는 결합 부재를 따라 함께 결합되어 세장형 관형 구조를 형성하고;
확장 가능한 링은 비확장된 상태와 확장된 상태 사이에서 반경방향으로 확장되는, 확장 가능한 시스. - 제1항에 있어서, 확장 가능한 링 각각은 시스의 길이방향 축을 따라 측정된 2 mm 내지 20 mm의 높이(H)를 갖는, 확장 가능한 시스.

복수의 반경방향 부재는 각각의 반경방향 부재의 로킹 아암이 인접한 반경방향 부재의 대응하는 유지부와 활주 가능하게 맞물리도록 원주방향으로 배치되고,
복수의 반경방향 부재는 비확장된 상태와 확장된 상태 사이에서 이동되며, 확장된 상태에서 복수의 반경방향 부재에 의해 형성된 관형 구조의 원주는 비확장된 상태에서 관형 구조의 원주보다 더 큰, 확장 가능한 시스. - 제14항에 있어서, 비확장된 상태와 확장된 상태 사이에서 복수의 반경방향 부재의 이동은 복수의 세장형 반경방향 부재 각각의 로킹 아암이 인접한 반경방향 부재의 유지부의 중앙 채널 내에서 원주방향으로 이동하게 하는, 확장 가능한 시스.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 복수의 반경방향 부재 각각은 단면에서 아치형 형상을 획정하는, 확장 가능한 시스.
- 제14항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유지부 각각은 인접한 반경방향 부재의 로킹 돌출부를 유지하도록 크기 설정되고 구성된 맞물림 부재를 갖는 입구 개구를 포함하는, 확장 가능한 시스.
- 제17항에 있어서, 각각의 유지부의 맞물림 부재는 각각의 유지부의 중앙 채널을 향한 방향으로 연장되는, 확장 가능한 시스.
