Abstract
본 발명은 입욕제에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 천연 성분이 포함된 탄산입욕제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 소듐바이카보네이트, 시트릭애씨드, 타타릭애씨드, 및 소듐라우릴설포아세테이트를 포함하는 분말을 혼합하는 제 1단계; 상기 분말에, 베이스오일(캐리어오일),에센셜오일, 코코베타인,및 향유를 포함하는 액상을 혼합하여 10분 내지 20분간 교반하는 제2 단계;상기 분말 및 액상 교반에 의해 생성된 탄산입욕제 분말에 기 설정된 압력으로 압축하여 입욕제 고체형상을 생성하는 제 3단계; 및 생성된 고체형상을 24시간 동안 건조하여 천연 탄산입욕제를 완성하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 천연성분을 이용한 탄산입욕제(배쓰밤) 및 제조방법이다.
Description
본 발명은 입욕제에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 천연 성분이 포함된 탄산입욕제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 사업의 발달로 국내 소득이 증가하여 생활 수준이 향상되었다. 이에 개인 위생 및 미용에 대한 관심이 증대하였으며 일반 가정이나 여행관광객에서도 입욕제가 널리 사용되고 있다.
하지만, 시중에 판매되고 있는 입욕제 중 다소 유해화확성분이 포함되어있으며 대표적으로 합성계면활성제(SLES)의 사용으로 피부에 자극을 주는 것은 물론 1급 발암물질인 '에텔렌 옥사이드'가 함유되어있어 독성이 체내 잔류할 경우 불임을 유발 및 피부자극,염증 유발의 우려가 있다.
피부에 영양공급과 각종 피부 질환 개선 및 피부보습과 미용, 피로회복, 불면증 완화와 스트레스 해소, 근육이완에 효능,효과가 있는 라벤터, 클라리세이지, 로즈마리, 버가못 등의 에센셜오일과 티트리 추출물,어성초 추출물, 녹차추출물을 일정비율로 혼합하여 계면활성제를 반응일으킨후 교반하여 각질제거 및 각종피부질환 개선에 도움이 되는 입욕조성물을 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 과제로 제한되지 않으며, 여기에 언급되지않은 본 발명이 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진자에게 명확하게이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 천연 탄산입욕제의 제조방법은, 소듐바이카보네이트, 시트릭애씨드, 타타릭애씨드, 및 소듐라우릴설포아세테이트를 포함하는 분말을 혼합하는 제 1단계; 분말에, 베이스오일(캐리어오일),에센셜오일, 코코베타인,및 향유를 포함하는 액상을 혼합하여 10분 내지 20분간 교반하는 제2 단계; 분말 및 액상 교반에 의해 생성된 탄산입욕제 분말에 기 설정된 압력으로 압축하여 입욕제 고체형상을 생성하는 제 3단계; 및 생성된 고체형상을 24시간 동안 건조하여 천연 탄산입욕제를 완성하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 과제 해결 수단에 의해, 본 발명의 천연 탄산입욕제의 제조방법은 각질제거, 세정작용 및 피부영양 공급, 노페물 제거, 혈액순환, 불면증, 근육통, 염증 완화에 도움을 주는 효과가 있다.
제1도는 본 발명의 제조 흐름도이다.
본 발명에 따른 천연 탄산입욕제의 제조방법은, 제 1단계 내지 제 4단계로 이루어진다.
먼저, 제 1단계는 소듐바이카보네이트, 시트릭애씨드, 타타릭애씨드, 및 소듐라우릴설포아세테이트를 포함하는 분말을 혼합한다(1).
이때, 전체의 비율에 대한 분말양으로는 소듐바이카보네이트 56.7%, 무수구연산 28.4%, 주석산 12.1%, SLSA 0.2%의 비율로 혼합한다.
이어서, 베이스오일(캐리어오일),에센셜오일, 코코베타인,및 향유를 포함하는 액상을 혼합하여 10분 내지 20분간 교반한다(2)
이때, 전체의 비율에 대한 액체양으로는 베이스오일 2%, 에센셜오일 0.4%의 비율로 혼합한다.
뒤이어, 분말 및 액상 교반에 의해 생성된 탄산입욕제 분말에 기 설정된 압력으로 압축하여 입욕제 고체형상을 생성한다(3).
플라스틱 몰드를 이용하여 좌우로 압축을 가해준다.
그리고, 생성된 고체형상을 24내지 48시간 동안 건조하여 천연 탄산입욕제를 완성하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다(4).
제 1단계 : 소듐바이카보네이트, 시트릭애씨드, 타타릭애씨드, 소듐라우릴설포아세테이트 분말을 혼합
제 2단계 : 상기 제 1단계에서 혼합된 분말에, 베이스오일(캐리어오일),에센셜오일, 코코베타인을 투입하여 10분 내지 20분간 제 1차 교반
제 3단계 : 디자인몰드를 이용하여 분말을 압축 디자인
제 4단계 : 24시간 건조, 굳기

- 본 발명에 따른 천연 탄산입욕제의 제조방법은,
소듐바이카보네이트, 시트릭애씨드, 타타릭애씨드, 및 소듐라우릴설포아세테이트를 포함하는 분말을 혼합하는 제 1단계;
상기 분말에, 베이스오일(캐리어오일),에센셜오일, 코코베타인,및 향유를 포함하는 액상을 혼합하여 10분 내지 20분간 교반하는 제2 단계;
상기 분말 및 액상 교반에 의해 생성된 탄산입욕제 분말에 기 설정된 압력으로 압축하여 입욕제 고체형상을 생성하는 제 3단계; 및
생성된 고체형상을 24시간 동안 건조하여 천연 탄산입욕제를 완성하는 제 4단계를 포함하는 천연성분을 이용한 탄산입욕제(배쓰밤) 및 제조방법.
