본 고안은 볼트와 체결된 너트의 풀림을 방지하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a device for preventing loosening of a nut fastened with a bolt.
토션스프링의 회전력이 2개의 너트를 조이고자 하는 대상물에 지지하여,각각 반시계 방향과 시계 방향으로 작용하게함으로써 너트의 풀림을 방지토록 하였다.The rotational force of the torsion spring was supported on the object to be tightened by two nuts, and each was acted counterclockwise and clockwise to prevent loosening of the nut.
종래에도 너트의 풀림을 방지하기 위한 여러가지 장치가 있었지만,지속적인 진동과 압력등에 의해 풀리거나 이완 되어버리는 문제점이 있었다. 또한 재사용이 곤란하거나 불가능하였다.There have been various devices for preventing the loosening of the nut in the past, but there is a problem in that it is loosened or relaxed by continuous vibration and pressure. 외부에 반시계 방향의 숫나사산을 가진 너트와 일반적인 한 개의 너트를 토션 스프링을 이용하여 한 개는 시계 방향으로,다른 한 개는 반시계 방향으로 조이게 함으로써, 진동이나 압력에 의해 너트에 풀림 방향으로 작용하는 힘을 완충시킴과 동시에 잠금 방향으로 지속적으로 작용하게 하였다.
