도 2는 본 발명에 따른 댐퍼의 개략적인 구성을 일 예시한 도면이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 측정데이터DB를 일 예시한 도면이며,
도 4 내지 도 6은 측정데이터DB를 통해 블레이드의 회전각을 선정하는 것을 각각 예시한 도면들이다.

Claims (2)
- 환기덕트에 설치되며, 댐퍼모터에 의한 블레이드의 회전에 따라 풍량을 조절하는 댐퍼;
상기 댐퍼 전후단의 압력차이인 댐퍼의 차압를 센싱하는 차압센싱부;
상기 댐퍼의 설치전 실험을 통해 측정된 댐퍼의 차압 변화 및 블레이드의 회전각 변화에 따른 풍량값 데이터가 저장된 측정데이터DB;
사용자로부터 풍량값을 설정받는 풍량설정부;
상기 설정받은 풍량값과 센싱되는 댐퍼의 차압에 매칭되는 블레이드의 회전각을 상기 측정데이터DB로부터 찾아 블레이드의 회전을 제어하는 풍량제어모듈;을 포함하는 정풍량 댐퍼 제어시스템 - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 풍량제어모듈은,
상기 설정받은 풍량값과 차압센싱부에서 센싱되는 댐퍼의 차압에 매칭되는 블레이드의 회전각을 상기 측정데이터DB로부터 찾아 설정회전각으로 선정하는 회전각선정부;
상기 회전각선정부에 의해 선정된 설정회전각으로 블레이드가 회전되도록 댐퍼모터의 구동을 제어하는 댐퍼모터구동부;를 포함하는 정풍량 댐퍼 제어시스템.
