Claims (21)
- 적어도 정규성(regular)으로 지칭된 사람 인슐린 A21G 및 식사작용(prandial action) 을 지닌 적어도 하나의 글루카곤 억제제를 포함하는, pH가 3.5 내지 4.4인 주사가능한 수용액의 형태의 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제가 아밀린 유사체 또는 아밀린 수용체 효능제 또는 GLP-1 유사체 또는 GLP-1 수용체 효능제(GLP-1 RA)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제가 아밀린 유사체 또는 아밀린 수용체 효능제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제 펩타이드가 프라믈린타이드임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제 펩타이드가 엑세나타이드인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제 펩타이드가 릭시세나타이드임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사람 인슐린 A21G의 농도가 2 내지 20 mg/mL임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사람 인슐린 A21G의 농도가 3.5 mg/mL임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식사 작용을 지닌 글루카곤 억제제 펩타이드의 농도가 0.01 내지 10 mg/mL임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액의 pH가 3.8 내지 4.2임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액의 pH가 4.0임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연 염을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, m-크레졸을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리소르베이트 부형제(Tween® 20)를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴록사머 188 부형제를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식사 전 거환(bolus)으로 투여됨을 특징으로 하는, 당뇨병 치료 방법에서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식후 혈당증의 제어를 개선시키기 위해 투여됨을 특징으로 하는, 당뇨병 치료 방법에서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식후 혈당증의 제어를 개선시키고 프라믈린타이드의 부작용을 감소시키기 위해 투여됨을 특징으로 하는, 당뇨병 치료 방법에서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인슐린에 의해 유도된 식품 소비를 감소시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는, 당뇨병 치료 방법에서 사용하기 위한 조성물.
- 7.5 내지 8.5의 pH에서 및 20 내지 30℃의 온도에서 10 내지 20시간 동안 사람 인슐린 A21G, B31R, B32R(인슐린 글라르긴)을 랫트 카복시펩티다제 B와 500 내지 2000의 인슐린/카복시펩티다제 비에서 반응시키는 단계로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 단계를 포함하는, 사람 인슐린 A21G를 수득하기 위한 방법.
