Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a composite functional sheet.
Recently, as electronic devices are slipped, compounded, lightened and miniaturized, noise and obstacles caused by electromagnetic waves are more easily generated as electric circuits are highly functional, high density, highly integrated, and complex. These electromagnetic waves not only disturb the mutual propagation between the electronic equipment, but also cause a decrease in efficiency and shorten the life of the electronic products, there is a problem that has a harmful effect on the human body.
Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, a research on a method of manufacturing a composite functional sheet for radiating electromagnetic shielding and heat generated from an electronic device has been conducted.
One example of such a technique is disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 below.
That is, Patent Document 1 relates to an electromagnetic shielding composite material, and includes a plate-shaped polymer sheet made of a non-conductive material, and includes a conductive pattern portion attached to upper and lower surfaces or both sides of the polymer sheet, and the conductive pattern portion is a conductive material. The present invention discloses an absorption shielding while simultaneously reflecting an incident electromagnetic wave formed into a thin film having a predetermined pattern by using a.
In addition, Patent Document 2 relates to a heat dissipation sheet, wherein the heat dissipation layer, the heat dissipation layer, and the insulation layer are provided, wherein the heat dissipation layer, the heat dissipation layer, and the insulation layer are made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), heat conductive filler, flame retardant additive, and process. Disclosed is provided by mixing oils and additives.
However, in the prior art as described above, Patent Document 1 merely serves to shield the electromagnetic wave, so in order to radiate heat generated, a heat dissipation sheet must be additionally used, so that thinning and slimming are difficult, and the unit cost can be increased. 2 has to use an electromagnetic shielding sheet for the electromagnetic shielding, so that it is difficult to thin and slim, and the manufacturing process is complicated.

(S10).1 and 2, first, a metal mesh is prepared (S10).
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Metal mesh material can be applied in various ways, it is better to use a copper or aluminum material excellent in heat dissipation and ductility. And it is good to have a size of 80 ~ 120 mesh.
(S20).Next, impurities present on the surface of the metal mesh are removed (S20).
Impurities such as dust existing on the surface of the metal mesh provided in step S10 are removed by passing through the
Air of the
If the impurities present on the surface of the metal mesh are not removed, it is difficult to attach the functional powder to be described later on the surface due to the foreign matter on the contact surface, and even if attached, the phenomenon may be easily separated and detached later.
(S30).Thereafter, the functional powder is sprayed evenly in the form of a slurry on one surface of the metal mesh and then pressed (S30).
In operation S20, the metal mesh from which impurities are removed is passed through the
Thereafter, the slurry was pressed at a pressure of 10-100 kg / cm 2 against the surface covering the metal mesh to create a planar shape. At this time, the pressure applied to the pressing is compacted to close the gap between the powders, but the basic compaction is performed because it is not a strong pressure.
(S40).Next, the functional powder slurry and the metal mesh are first rolled (S40).
The metal mesh covered with the slurry pressed in step S30 is passed through the upper and
3 and 4 are schematic diagrams showing a cross-section in order to compare the case of pressing and the case of rolling.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, in the pressing process, slurry powders 220 are filled in through holes, which are spaces between the metal meshes 100, together with the
When the rolling process is performed, as shown in FIG. 4, some of the
(S50).After that dry drying is performed (S50).
In step S40, the first rolled metal mesh is dried and heat-treated for 3 to 7 minutes in a
(S60).Finally, the second rolling (S60).
The heat treatment in step S50 and the second rolled to 70 ~ 200kg / cm 2 range is passed through the upper and
In the rolling process, both cold rolling and hot rolling may be applied.
The secondary rolled metal mesh may be wound on a roller.
When the process as described above is completed, a composite functional sheet S70 formed to a desired thickness is obtained. The composite functional sheet produced by the manufacturing method is more excellent heat dissipation effect because the graphite powder and the heat dissipation powder is attached to the metal mesh without using an adhesive such as a resin.
