Description
본 발명은 카메라 모듈에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기판에 홈 형태의 캐비티를 형성하고, 그 캐비티에 이미지센서가 수용되도록 구성하여 카메라 모듈의 전체적인 높이를 감소시킬 수 있는 카메라 모듈에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a camera module, and more particularly, to a camera module that can reduce the overall height of the camera module by forming a cavity in the form of a groove in the substrate, and configured to accommodate the image sensor in the cavity.
