Claims (6)
- 5.0 내지 10.0wt%의 Ca를 포함하고,
잔부가 알루미늄과 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고,
분산상인 Al4Ca상의 체적률이 25% 이상이고,
상기 Al4Ca상은 정방정인 Al4Ca상과 단사정인 Al4Ca상으로 이루어지고,
X선 회절 측정에 의하여 얻어지는, 상기 정방정에 기인하는 최대 회절 피크(I1)와 상기 단사정에 기인하는 최대 회절 피크(I2)의 강도비(I1/I2)가 1 이하인 것
을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재. - 제1항에 있어서,
추가로, Fe: 0.05 내지 1.0wt%, Ti: 0.005 내지 0.05wt% 중 어느 1종류 이상을 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 Al4Ca상의 평균 결정립경이 1.5㎛ 이하인 것
을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재. - 5.0 내지 10.0wt%의 Ca를 포함하고, 잔부가 알루미늄과 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지고, 분산상인 Al4Ca상의 체적률이 25% 이상인 알루미늄 합금 주괴에 소성 가공을 실시하는 제1 공정과,
100 내지 300℃의 온도 범위에서 열처리를 실시하는 제2 공정을 갖는 것
를 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재의 제조 방법. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄 합금 주괴가, Fe: 0.05 내지 1.0wt%, Ti: 0.005 내지 0.05wt% 중 어느 1종류 이상을 포함하는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재의 제조 방법. - 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제1 공정 전에, 400℃ 이상의 온도로 유지하는 열처리를 행하지 않는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 알루미늄 합금 소성 가공재의 제조 방법.
