Claims (15)
- 캡슐벽이 기능성 오일을 둘러싸고 있는 형태를 갖는 캡슐로서,
생분해성 물질과 지방족계 이소시아네이트가 반응하여 형성된 폴리머가 상기 캡슐의 캡슐벽을 이루고,
상기 캡슐은 0.1~300㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 물질은 셀룰로오스계 물질, 알코올계 고분자 물질, 당류 물질 및 지방족계 불포화 폴리에스테르 화합물, 폴리에스터 우레탄(Polyester urethane) 및 폴리하이드록시부티레이트(Polyhydroxybutyrate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스계 물질은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 메틸 셀룰로오스 틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스 및 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알코올계 고분자 물질은 폴리에틸렌글리콜계 고분자 및 폴리비닐알코올계 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 당류 물질은 포도당, 과당 갈락토우즈, 슈크로즈, 말토우즈, 락토우즈, 전분류, 덱스트린, 글리코겐, 한천, 알지네이트, 카라기난, 키틴, 펙틴 및 올리고당으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지방족계 불포화 폴리에스테르 화합물은 아디프산(Adipic acid), 아젤라산(Azelaic acid), 클로렌산(Chlorendic acid), 클로렌산무수물(chlorendic anhydride), 푸마르산(Fumaric acid), 이소프탈산(Isophthalic acid), 말레산무수물(Maleic anhydride), 프탈산무수물(Phthalic anhydride), 석신산(Succinic acid), 석신산무수물(Succinic anhydride), 세바스산(Sebacic acid), 디글리콜산(Diglycolic acid), 테레프탈산무수물(Terephthalic anhydride), 시트르산(Citric acid), 트리멜리트산(Trimellitic acid), 트리멜리트산무수물(Trimellitic anhydride), 이타콘산(Itaconic acid) 및 시트라콘산(Citraconic acid)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2가 이상의 산과, 에틸렌글리콘(Ethylene glycol), 프로필렌 글리콜(Propylene glycol), 1,3-부틸렌 글리콜(1,3-Butylene glycol), 펜탄디올(Pentanediol), 네오펜틸글리콜(Neopentyl glycol), 헥실렌글리콜(Hexylene glycol), 디에틸렌글리콜(Diethylene glycol), 디프로필렌글리콜(Dipropylene glycol), 트리에틸렌글리콜(Triethylene glycol), 글리세롤(Glycerol), 트리메틸올에탄(Trimethylolethane), 트리메틸올프로판(Trimethylolpropane), 펜타에리스리톨(Pentaerythritol), 메틸글루코시드(Methylglucoside), 디펜타에리스리톨(Dipenthaerythritol) 및 소르비톨(Sorbitol)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2가 이상의 알코올 간의 에스테르화 탈수축합반응에 의해 얻어지는 지방족계 불포화 폴리에스테르 폴리올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족계 이소시아네이트는 4,4'-디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(4,4'-Dicyclohexylmethanediisocyanate), 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트(trans-1,4-Cyclohexane diisocyanate), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(Isophorone diisocyanate), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Hexamethylene diisocyanate) 및 트리메틸 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Trimethyl hexamethylene diisocyanate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐.
- 생분해성 물질을 물에 용해시키는 단계;
상기 생분해성 물질이 용해된 용액에 지방족계 이소시아네이트를 첨가하고 반응시켜 폴리머를 형성하는 단계;
상기 폴리머와 기능성 오일을 혼합하는 단계;
상기 폴리머와 상기 기능성 오일의 혼합물에 보호콜로이드 화합물을 혼합하고 교반하면서 유화시켜 유상/수상 에멀젼을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 유상/수상 에멀젼을 60∼80℃에서 교반하면서 반응시켜 캡슐을 수득하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 보호콜로이드 화합물은 상기 지방족계 이소시아네이트와 반응 가능한 하이드록시기 또는 아민기를 가진 물질을 포함하고,
상기 생분해성 물질과 상기 지방족계 이소시아네이트가 반응하여 형성된 폴리머가 상기 캡슐의 캡슐벽을 이루고,
상기 캡슐은 0.1~300㎛의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 물질은 셀룰로오스계 물질, 알코올계 고분자 물질, 당류 물질 및 지방족계 불포화 폴리에스테르 화합물, 폴리에스터 우레탄(Polyester urethane) 및 폴리하이드록시부티레이트(Polyhydroxybutyrate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스계 물질은 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 메틸 셀룰로오스 틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스 및 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 알코올계 고분자 물질은 폴리에틸렌글리콜계 고분자 및 폴리비닐알코올계 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 당류 물질은 포도당, 과당 갈락토우즈, 슈크로즈, 말토우즈, 락토우즈, 전분류, 덱스트린, 글리코겐, 한천, 알지네이트, 카라기난, 키틴, 펙틴 및 올리고당으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지방족계 이소시아네이트는 4,4'-디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(4,4'-Dicyclohexylmethanediisocyanate), 트랜스-1,4-시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트(trans-1,4-Cyclohexane diisocyanate), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트(Isophorone diisocyanate), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Hexamethylene diisocyanate) 및 트리메틸 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(Trimethyl hexamethylene diisocyanate)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하며,
상기 지방족계 이소시아네이트는 상기 생분해성 물질 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼20중량부를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 보호콜로이드 화합물은 피이지-20소르비탄모노라우레이트, 피이지-20소르비탄모노팔미테이트, 피이지-20소르비탄스테아레이트, 피이지-20소르비탄모노올레이트, 피이지-40하이드로제네이티드캐스터오일, 피이지-50하이드로제네이티드캐스터오일, 피이지-60하이드로제네이티드캐스터오일, 폴리비닐알코올, 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 메틸 셀룰로오스, 에틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시메틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로오스, 하이드록시프로필메틸 셀룰로오스, 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 덱스트린, 전분류, 폴리글리세린스테아린산에스테르, 폴리글리세린라우린산에스테르, 폴리글리세린미리스틴산에스테르, 키토산, 코코넛 아민, 스테아릴 아민 및 자당스테아린산에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하며,
상기 보호콜로이드 화합물은 상기 생분해성 물질 100중량부에 대하여 30∼300중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해 기능성 캡슐의 제조방법.
