Description
The present invention relates to a cable tray, and more particularly, when assembling a side rail and a rung with an assembly screw, a screw assembly portion to which the assembly screw is coupled is formed integrally with the rung, And is prevented from loosening due to the pressing force of the assembly screw, thereby making the cable tray easy and rigid.
Various types of cable trays are used on ceilings and walls of buildings. The cable tray is usually supported by a long shaped object having flexibility such as an electric cable such as a power cable, a communication cable, a hydraulic tube, a pneumatic tube, or the like.
The cable tray is produced by dividing the unit members of a predetermined size and is manufactured by connecting the unit members as necessary according to the length or route of the cable. Since the length and the route of the cable installed inside the building can not be uniformly shaped, the cable tray can be manufactured by assembling the unit elements in accordance with the installation environment and conditions.
It is important that the cable tray is made to have rigidity to withstand the load of the cable. If the entire support area of the cable tray is made in the form of a flat plate, a large amount of material is consumed in making the cable tray, and it is difficult to attach to the ceiling of the building due to the increase in weight. Accordingly, the floor corresponding to the support area of the cable tray is implemented as a rung which is arranged at regular intervals for weight reduction. That is, the cable tray can be made by assembling a pair of supports and a rung connecting them and providing a support area.
Thus, the cable tray has an assembly structure of a support and a rung. The longitudinal coupling resulting from the assembly of the supports of the cable tray can thus be coupled through a large area contact, but the lateral coupling resulting from the assembly of the support and the rung is coupled through a narrow area contact.
The conventional cable tray has a problem that the lateral coupling of the cable tray is somewhat weaker than the longitudinal coupling of the cable tray. Therefore, when a heavy cable is inserted into the cable tray or an operator goes up to the cable tray for the extension or repair of the cable, the upper edge of the cable tray tilts to the inside of the cable tray and eventually an accident occurs And safety accidents such as worker falls have frequently occurred.
And the rung and the support are assembled by an assembly screw which is arranged to pass from the outer side portion of the support to the inner side portion side. To assemble these assembly screws, the rungs are provided with threaded passageways for the assembly screws. At both ends of the rung, a screw assembly capable of providing a threaded passage for the assembly of the assembly screws can be assembled.
As a result, there has been a problem that the manufacturing efficiency of the cable tray is increased due to the increase in the number of manufacturing processes of the cable tray, and the coupling force between the rungs and the screw assembly is weakened, so that the rung may be separated from the support.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is an object of the present invention to improve the overall production efficiency by integrally forming an assembling thread portion to which an assembling screw is coupled.
The object of the present invention is to form the fastening passage for fastening the assembly screw to be gradually smaller, thereby preventing the fastening of the assembly screw due to the pressing force of the assembly screw, thereby enhancing the support structure for the support body and the rung .

A plurality of fastening
The plurality of
That is, the
The

The plurality of
The press die may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the

At this time, since the
3C, the plurality of
5 is a side view of an assembled portion of a side rail and a rung according to another embodiment of the present invention.
