Abstract
Description
도 2는 도 1의 2-2선의 방향에 따른 가공 시스템의 개략적인 측면도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 3-3선 방향에 따른 가공 시스템의 개략적인 입면 단부 도면으로, 시스템의 가열된 환경 내에서 글라스 시트 성형을 제공하는 데에 활용되는 성형 금형을 갖는 제1 및 제2 성형부를 가지며 본 발명의 롤러 컨베이어 냉각 유닛을 갖는 성형 스테이션을 도시한다.
도 3a는 이전 사이클로부터, 전달을 위해 성형 스테이션으로부터 외측으로 후속적으로 이동될 전달 금형 상으로 성형된 글라스 시트를 해제시킨 제2 상부 금형의 아래 및 하부 금형 위의 위치로 좌측 제1 성형 스테이션으로부터 제1 상부 금형 상으로 초기 성형 글라스 시트가 이동된 후, 도 3의 성형 스테이션의 우측 제2 성형부를 도시하는 부분 입면도이다.
도 3b는 하부 금형 및 제2 상부 금형 사이의 프레스 성형 중 글라스 시트를 도시하는 도 3의 성형 스테이션의 우측 제2 성형부의 다른 부분도이다.
도 4는 시스템 하우징 내의 가열된 위치에서 컨베이어 롤러단의 냉각을 제공하는 냉각 유닛을 도시하기 위해 그 상부가 제거된 시스템의 하우징을 도시하는 사시도이다.

도 8은 연관된 롤러단을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 베어링을 지지하는 한 쌍의 베어링 지지부 각각의 구조를 도시하기 위해 롤러단이 파단되고 베어링이 제거된 대체로 도 7의 8-8선의 방향에 따른 단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 고온 글라스 시트 가공 시스템 내에서,
가공 시스템의 이송 방향을 따라 연장되며, 상기 시스템의 가열된 위치에 위치되고 이송 방향을 따라 서로 정렬되는 한 세트의 롤러단을 갖는 복수의 롤러를 포함하는 롤러 컨베이어; 및
상기 시스템의 가열된 위치 내에 위치되고, 정렬된 세트의 롤러단을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 베어링을 수용하고 갖는 냉각 챔버를 정의하는 하우징을 포함하는 세장형 냉각 유닛을 포함하며, 상기 냉각 유닛은 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단의 냉각 및 상기 베어링의 냉각을 제공하도록 상기 냉각 챔버로 냉각 유체를 공급하는 냉각 회로를 포함하는, 롤러 지지 구조를 포함하는 발명. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 및 상기 베어링의 냉각을 제공하는 액체를 공급하는, 발명. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 및 상기 베어링의 냉각을 제공하는 물을 공급하는, 발명. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 냉각 회로는 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 및 상기 베어링의 냉각을 제공하는 물과 부동액의 혼합물을 공급하는, 발명. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 롤러 지지 구조는 상기 가공 시스템의 가열된 공기가 상기 냉각 유닛으로 유동하여 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 및 상기 베어링을 가열하는 것을 방지하는 공기 공급부를 더 포함하는, 발명. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 롤러 지지 구조는 상기 냉각 챔버 내로 돌출하며 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 각각이 상기 냉각 챔버 내로 돌출되는 각각의 개방단을 갖는 둥근 캔을 포함하고, 상기 둥근 캔은 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 상기 베어링을 지지하며, 상기 냉각 유닛의 상기 하우징 및 상기 개방단을 갖는 둥근 캔은 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 및 상기 베어링을 냉각하는 물을 공급하는 상기 냉각 회로의 유동 경로를 정의하는, 발명. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단은 그에 각각 고정되며 상기 베어링에 의해 각각 회전 가능하게 지지되는 지지 돌기를 갖는 엔드 캡을 갖는, 발명. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 가공 시스템의 가열된 공기가 상기 둥근 캔 및 상기 정렬된 세트의 롤러단 사이의 상기 냉각 유닛 내로 유동하는 것을 방지하여 상기 엔드 캡 및 상기 베어링의 가열을 방지하도록 공기를 상기 둥근 캔 내로 제공하는 공기 공급부를 더 포함하는 발명.
