Claims (9)
- 배터리 모듈에 있어서,
복수의 배터리 셀들의 상부에 안착된 회로 기판;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들을 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 회로 기판에 전기적으로 접속된 버스바; 및
일 방향으로 배열되는 상기 복수의 배터리 셀들 중 대향되는 양측 끝단에 위치하는 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트; 를 포함하며,
상기 회로 기판의 일 끝단에는 상기 배터리 모듈 외부로 노출되어 외부 장치의 전기적 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하며,
상기 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트 중 적어도 하나의 엔드 플레이트는 금속성 재질로 형성되고 상기 커넥터를 둘러싸는 커넥터 접지부 및 상기 커넥터 접지부와 연결되는 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 접지부 및 상기 연결부는 상기 금속성 재질로 형성된 엔드 플레이트와 동일한 재질로 형성되며, 상기 금속성 재질로 형성된 엔드 플레이튼 접지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들의 단측면을 덮도록 상기 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트에 결합되는 한 쌍의 사이드 플레이트; 및
상기 엔드 플레이트 및 상기 사이드 플레이트에 결합되어 상기 버스바 및 회로 기판을 보호하는 상부 커버;를 더 포함하며,
상기 커넥터는 상기 상부 커버 외부로 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서
상기 커넥터 접지부는 상기 커넥터의 외부 끝단 입구 쪽의 테두리 형상을 따라 일정한 두께를 갖고 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트와 상기 한 쌍의 사이드 플레이트는 금속성 재질로 형성되며, 접지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 커버는 절연성 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 배터리 모듈에 있어서,
복수의 배터리 셀들의 상부에 안착된 회로 기판;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들을 전기적으로 연결하며, 상기 회로 기판에 전기적으로 접속된 버스바;
상기 복수의 배터리 셀들의 단측면을 덮도록 상기 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트에 결합되는 한 쌍의 사이드 플레이트;
일 방향으로 배열되는 상기 복수의 배터리 셀들 중 대향되는 양측 끝단에 위치하는 한 쌍의 엔드 플레이트;
상기 엔드 플레이트 및 상기 사이드 플레이트에 결합되어 상기 버스바 및 회로 기판을 보호하는 상부 커버; 및
상기 회로 기판의 일 끝단에는 상기 배터리 모듈 외부로 노출되어 외부 장치의 전기적 연결을 위한 커넥터를 포함하며,
상기 커넥터는 입구 외측에 형성된 금속성 커넥터 하우징을 포함하며, 상기 커넥터 하우징은 상기 커넥터의 연결 핀 중 접지를 위한 접지 핀에 전기적으로 연결되는 접지 핀 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 커넥터 하우징의 접지 핀 연결부에 연결된 커넥터의 접지 핀은 상기 회로 기판의 패턴을 통해 상기 배터리 모듈의 금속성 재질과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 일 방향으로 배열되는 복수의 배터리 셀들의 양측 끝단에 위치하는 배터리 모듈의 엔드 플레이트에 있어서,
금속성 재질로 형성되며, 배터리 모듈의 일 측면에 크기에 대응하는 면적을 갖는 메인 플레이트;
금속성 재질로 형성되며, 상기 배터리 모듈의 커넥터를 둘러싸는 커넥터 접지부; 및
금속성 재질로 형성되며, 상기 커넥터 접지부와 상기 메인 플레이트 사이를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈의 엔드 플레이트.
