Claims (5)
- 양극 집전체, 음극 집전체, 상기 양극 집전체와 상기 음극 집전체 사이에 배치되는 격리막을 포함하는 전지 셀에 양극 전해액과 음극 전해액이 공급되어 충방전이 이루어지는 흐름전지에 있어서,
상기 양극 전해액은 양극 활물질로 Fe(terpy)2Xn(여기서, n은 1 또는 2의 자연수이고, X는 SO4 2-, Cl-, Br-, I-, F-, I3 -, I2F-, Br2F-, Cl2F-, I2Br-, Br2I-, NO3 -, PF6 -, ClO4 -, BF4 -, SbF6 -, CF3SO3 -, (CN)2N-, (CF3SO2)2N-, (C2F5SO2)2N-, (CF3SO2)3C-, CF3CO2 -, C3F7CO2 - C2O4 2- 및 CH3CO2 - 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질)을 포함하고,
상기 음극 전해액은 음극 활물질로 NaFe(EDTA)(Ferric sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 전해액 및 상기 음극 전해액 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 전해액은 지지전해질을 더 포함하며,
상기 지지전해질은 양이온과 음이온을 포함하는 전해질로서,
상기 양이온은 차암모늄이온, 고분자암모늄이온, 리튬이온, 나트륨이온, 수소이온 및 칼륨이온 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하며,
상기 음이온은 Cl-, Br-, I-, F-, I3 -, I2F-, Br2F-, Cl2F-, I2Br-, Br2I-, NO3 -, PF6 -, ClO4 -, BF4 -, SbF6 -, CF3SO3 -, (CN)2N-, (CF3SO2)2N-, (C2F5SO2)2N-, (CF3SO2)3C-, CF3CO2 -, C3F7CO2 - 및 CH3CO2 - 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 음이온을 포함하며,
상기 지지전해질은 0.01∼5M의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질은 0.0001∼2.0M의 농도를 갖고,
상기 음극 활물질은 0.0001∼2.0M의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 전해액 및 상기 음극 전해액은 전해질을 해리시키는 수계 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 집전체 및 상기 음극 집전체는 전기전도성을 갖는 펠트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흐름전지.
