Abstract

본 발명은 지열을 이용한 주택건물의 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것으로 지하 땅속의 열에너지를 공급받아 건물의 바닥과 벽체에 설치된 송수배관을 통해서 사계절용으로 실외 온도에 따라 실내 온도를 항상 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 저렴한 비용으로 고효율의 냉방 또는 난방을 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

지열에너지를 활용한 냉난방 시스템{Cooling and Heating system using the Geothermal Energy}
본 발명은 지열을 이용한 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것으로써 더욱 상세하게는 별도 열에너지의 투입 없이 땅속의 지열을 이용하여 실내의 바닥과 벽에 설치되어 있는 송수배관을 통해서 여름에는 냉방을 하고 겨울에는 난방을 가능하게 하는 냉난방시스템에 관한 것이다.
여름에는 온도가 올라갈 경우 에어컨을 작동하여 실내 공기를 강제 순환시켜 냉방을 한다. 겨울에는 기온이 내려갈 경우 보일러나 히터를 작동시켜 바닥에서 데워진 공기를 통해 난방이 된다. 그러나 외부 온도차이로 인해 많은 에너지가 소모된다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 냉방이나 난방을 하는 과정에서 에너지의 사용량을 최소화할 수 있는 지열을 이용한 냉난방시스템을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 외부의 더운 열이나 찬 공기를 차단하기 위해 바닥뿐만 아니라 벽체에 냉난방 에너지를 제공하는 것이다.
일정 온도를 갖는 온수를 생산하는 열에너지 교환장치의 냉온수를 공급받아 냉난방 시 결로의 발생을 방지하면서 공기중의 습도를 낮춰 제습 작용을 한다.
일정 온도를 갖는 온수를 생산하는 열 원부의 냉온수를 공급받아 벽체 내부의 배관에 에너지가 순환되어 냉난방으로 일정 온도가 유지되며 결로의 발생을 방지하면서 공기중의 습도를 낮춰 제습 작용을 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 지열을 이용한 냉난방시스템의 구성도이며,
도 2는 벽체에 설치된 직렬 코일 형태의 냉온수 배관이다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세하게 설명하기로 한다. 사람이 거주하는 주택건물의 지하 땅속에 열에너지 교환장치(10)가 설치되어 땅속의 열에너지를 흡수한다. 열에너지 교환장치(10)는 지면으로부터 5M 이상의 깊이에 매설되어 여름과 겨울에도 땅속 온도는 항상 일정한 온도를 유지하게 된다. 이러한 열에너지 교환장치(10)를 통해서 여름에는 지표면 상부보다 시원한 냉수를 얻을 수 있고 겨울에는 외부환경과는 상대적으로 따뜻한 온수를 얻을 수 있다. 이 냉온수는 물저장 탱크(20)에 모여져 히터펌프를 통해 여름에는 10~20도로 조절되고 겨울에는 40~70도의 일정 온도로 조절되어 주택 건물 내부의 바닥(40)과 벽체(30)에 설치되어 있는 각기 다른 용도의 공급 관으로 흘러 코일 관을 순환하게 된다. 송수 관은 지름이 20~30mm이고 직렬형태로 열효율을 극대화할 수 있게 연결된다. 코일 관을 순환하는 열에너지는 외부 기온과의 열교환이 이뤄지게 된다. 따라서 바닥(40)과 벽체(30)로부터 나오는 에너지가 실내에 전달된다. 또한, 샤워실이나 욕실에서는 송수 관으로부터 직접 냉온수를 공급받아 사용할 수 있다.

  1. 지하 땅속 열에너지 교환기(10)의 에너지원으로부터 공급받은 냉온수를 물탱크(20)에 저장하여 주택건물의 실내 바닥(40)과 벽(30)에 설치된 송수배관을 통해 공급하여 실외 열에너지와 교환하는 방식을 특징으로 하는 냉난방 시스템.
