Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a wound protecting mechanism, and more particularly, to a mutual protection mechanism capable of gradually narrowing an incision wound portion of a body to a natural regeneration speed of a body tissue.
Generally, a disposable wound protection band is used to protect the wound area of the body. The wound protection band has a structure in which gauze is attached to the center of a synthetic resin band provided with an adhesive layer on the inner side and a plurality of air holes are formed in the band. The band is attached to the skin through the adhesive layer of the band, and the central gauze covers the wound area of the body, thereby protecting the wound area from water or foreign matter, thereby naturally healing the wound.
On the other hand, if the wound area is large or the incision of the body due to the operation is large, the suture is sewn by sewing with a suture thread, and if the wound heals, the suture is usually removed.
However, when a suture is used to suture the wound of the body, scars are left on the skin after the wound heals. And when the suture is used to force the skin into the suture suture, it is easy to leave scars that are unseemly visible.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [8] The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and it is an object of the present invention to gradually narrow the cut wound portion of the body according to the regeneration speed of the body tissue so as to smooth the wound area and reduce the size of the scar And to provide a wound protecting mechanism that can be used.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the wound protecting apparatus of the present invention includes a wire coupled to the skin around the wound so that the skin around the wound around the wound can be pulled, And a wire tightening unit supported and fixed to the body, wherein the wire is tightened with the wire tightening unit to pull the skin around the wound toward the wire tightening unit through the wire to cut the wound.
The wire may be connected to the wire tightening member in a stitched state on the skin around the wound.
The wire fastener may be attached to the skin around the wound.
The wound protecting apparatus of the present invention may further comprise a protective pad attached to the skin around the wound so as to cover the wound.
The wire fastener may be coupled to the protection pad.
The wire may be coupled to the protective pad to pull the skin around the wound through the protective pad.
The wound protecting apparatus of the present invention may further include a protective cover attached to the skin around the wound to cover the wound so as to form a closed space connected to the negative pressure generator for generating a negative pressure, have.
The wound protecting apparatus of the present invention may further include an inner gauze attached to the inside of the protective cover to cover the wound.
A sealing member may be provided around the periphery of the protective cover to closely contact the skin around the wound to maintain the airtightness of the closed space.
The wire fasteners are provided in a plurality of pairs so as to face each other with the wound therebetween, and the wires can be connected to two mating wire fasteners at the same time.
The wound protecting mechanism of the present invention further includes a wire fixing member fixed to the skin around the wound to face the wire tightening unit with the wound therebetween, Can be connected to the wire tightening means.
The wire fastener includes a base supported and fixed to the body, a take-up reel connected to the wire so as to be rotatably coupled to the base so as to wind the wire, And an operation dial which is coupled and rotates together with the take-up reel.
The wound protecting apparatus according to the present invention having the above-described structure can pull the skin around the wound by connecting the wire to the skin around the wound and tightening the wire with the wire tightening unit. Therefore, by scraping the wound gradually in accordance with the regeneration speed of the body tissue around the wound, it is possible to reduce the size of the scar caused by healing of the wound.
