Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a noninvasive skin wound closing device and a using method thereof.
Background
Small wounds caused by human body injury can be closed by the aid of the band-aid, large wounds, particularly postoperative incisions, are basically treated by stitching with needles and threads or skin nails, so that new wounds are caused to the skin, problems of wound infection, foreign body residues, delayed wound healing and the like can be caused in the later period, and great pain is brought to patients. In addition, the skin treated by the needle thread or the skin nail suture is easy to form 'centipede foot' hyperplastic scars and even keloids in the process of wound healing, and the obvious scars cause great harm to the body and the mind of a patient, especially when the scars are on an exposed part (such as the face). At present, the requirement of patients on beauty is continuously improved, and the selection of a skin wound closing method with good effect and beauty becomes the trend of clinical operation.
Chinese patent publication CN 101229071B discloses a skin wound suturing device and a suturing method thereof, which is characterized in that the suturing device is composed of two substrates, each of which comprises a sticker, a reinforcing rib and a lock catch, the sticker is made of a breathable soft material, the reinforcing rib is arranged along one side of the length direction of the sticker, the sticker is composed of a sticker upper layer, a sticker lower layer and a protective layer, the reinforcing rib is arranged between the sticker upper layer and the sticker lower layer, the reinforcing rib is provided with air holes and a plurality of lock catches are arranged at equal intervals; the lock catch is L-shaped and comprises a lock bar and a lock seat, wherein the lock bar is provided with lock teeth and a gap area, and the lock seat is internally provided with a lock tooth buckle. When the suturing device is used, the base pieces of the suturing device are respectively pasted on the skins at two sides of a wound, the locking strips are respectively and correspondingly inserted into the opposite locking seats, and the two hands pull the corresponding locking strips at two sides to apply force, so that the wound is closed. The device avoids various defects caused by sewing of needles and threads or leather nails, but still has the following parts needing improvement: firstly, the matching of the locking strip and the locking seat belongs to a one-way locking structure, and due to the irreversible characteristic of the structure, even if one locking strip slightly pulls the head, only a new suture instrument can be replaced, otherwise, the expected closing effect cannot be achieved, and the risks of blister, ulceration and the like are brought to the wound of a patient; secondly, after the wound is closed for the first time, when postoperative edema occurs, the skin wound becomes tight (the closing force is increased), the suturing device cannot reversely replay the locking strip, at the moment, when the suturing device is replaced, the wound which is already healed can be torn in the disassembling process, secondary injury is caused, serious patients can be infected by the wound, and the economic burden can be increased for the patients by using a plurality of pairs of suturing devices, so that the resource waste is caused; furthermore, since the reinforcing ribs are located at the edges of the base sheet and extend through the entire base sheet, they are not flexible, thus limiting the range of applications, and such devices are not suitable for use in curved wound closures, such as those used in total knee arthroplasty.
US 9474529B 2 discloses a Surgical inclusion and clouure Apparatus which avoids the above disadvantages to some extent, but there is still a need for improvement: because the volume of the lock seat is very small, the lock tooth buckle in the lock seat is smaller, when the lock bar needs to be reversely adjusted, the lock tooth buckle in the lock seat is lifted by the help of an external sharp instrument, so that the reverse adjusting function of the lock bar can be realized, on one hand, the device is adhered to the skin, if the force for lifting the lock tooth buckle is too large, the device and the skin are possibly separated from each other, the skin has elasticity, the size of the lock seat is too small, unnecessary troubles are brought to medical workers when the lock bar is reversely adjusted, and the operation time for placing the device is prolonged; on the other hand, when the locking bar is reversely retracted with the help of an external sharp instrument, if the medical staff does not operate properly, the sharp instrument can contact the skin, so that the risk of puncturing the skin of the patient is brought; moreover, a certain distance is reserved between the two locking teeth, and accurate closing of the skin wound is difficult to achieve when the locking strip is tightened or retracted.
