Abstract

Background
Skin defects are a very troublesome problem that surgeons often need to deal with clinically. Common causes of skin defects include tumors, scars, trauma, inflammation, skin lesions and the like, and skin defects with large areas cannot be directly sutured to close wounds. At present, the main clinical treatment modes for skin defects at home and abroad comprise skin patch transplantation, flap transplantation, artificial skin, skin dilatation, skin stretching and the like. The common treatment is flap transplantation or skin dilation, which is complicated and highly complicated.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the problems in the background art, the invention aims to provide a crochet hook pull rod type skin stretching closer, which adopts a pull rod and a crochet hook to stretch the skin of a wound, has the advantages of convenient adjustment of the stretching force, reversible adjustment, small skin wound, adaptation to irregular wounds of planes and non-planes, small volume and very convenient operation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer, comprising: one side of the pull rod is provided with a tooth groove; the middle of each joint is provided with a through hole, and the pull rod penetrates through the through holes in the middle of the two joints; the buckle is fixedly arranged above the joint and is movably matched with the tooth groove on one side of the pull rod; and the two groups of crochet hooks are respectively and fixedly connected below the two joints, and the hook directions of the two groups of crochet hooks are opposite.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer according to the present invention includes: one side of the pull rod 5 is provided with a tooth socket; the middle of each joint is provided with a through hole 7, the pull rod 5 penetrates through the through holes 7 in the middle of the two joints, one joint 3 is positioned at the starting end of the pull rod 5, and the other joint 4 is positioned on the tooth groove of the pull rod 5; the buckle 6 is fixedly arranged above the joint and is movably matched with the tooth groove on one side of the pull rod 5; two groups of crochet hooks are respectively and fixedly connected below the two connectors, the hook directions of the two groups of crochet hooks are opposite, referring to fig. 1, one group of crochet hooks 1 is connected below the connector 3, and one group of crochet hooks 2 is connected below the connector 4.
In the bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer, the buckle 6 can be lifted or fallen, when the buckle is lifted, the pull rod 5 penetrating through the through hole 7 in the middle of the joint can realize drawing movement, when the buckle 6 falls, the buckle is tightly clamped with the tooth socket on one side of the pull rod 5, and the pull rod 5 is fixed. The pull rod can be pulled and fixed by the aid of the buckles matched with the tooth grooves, and the pull rod can be pulled reversibly because the buckles can be lifted up or fall down. The invention adopts the pull rod, the buckle and the crochet hook to draw the skin of the wound, the tension force can be conveniently adjusted and can be reversibly adjusted, the invention can adapt to the irregular wound of a plane and a non-plane, has small wound to the skin and smaller volume, does not influence the postoperative activity of a patient, and has very convenient operation and low price.
In one embodiment of the clip, the clip 6 may be attached to one of the connectors 4 (see fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5). In another embodiment, a snap (not shown) may be attached to both connectors.
In an example of the crochet hook, referring to fig. 2, the crochet hook comprises a main body part 8 and a hook part 9, and the main body part 8 of the crochet hook forms an angle of 10-90 ° with the pull rod 5.
In one example of a pull rod, referring to fig. 3, the pull rod 5 has a thickness of 0.1-15mm, and can have different rigidities to fit different wounds in a plane and a curved surface.
In an example of a crochet hook, with reference to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the number of said set of crochet hooks 1 is at least 2. The number of the crochet hooks is not limited thereto and may be selected according to the wound condition of the patient.
In one example of a crochet hook, the length of the crochet hook is 1-10 mm.
The crochet hook pull rod type skin stretching closer can be used independently according to clinical conditions, and can also be used in a plurality of combinations. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, multiple bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closures may be used side by side. When used side by side, the skin stretching closer can be directly used side by side, and a plurality of crochet hook pull rod type skin stretching closers can be connected by using the connecting strip. Referring to the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the connectors on two adjacent skin stretching closures may be connected by a connecting strip 10.
When a plurality of bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer are used side by side, the directions of two adjacent pull rods can be the same, refer to fig. 4. The directions of two adjacent pull rods can be opposite, refer to fig. 5. In one embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, the tie rod directions may all be the same. In another embodiment, the tie rod directions may be partially the same and partially reversed (not shown). The direction of the pull rod is selected according to the wound condition of a patient when the medical device is used compositely.
When the crochet hook pull rod type skin stretching closer is used, firstly, the crochet hook (with buckles on one side or both sides) connected with the connector is oppositely penetrated into two sides of a wound in the direction of a hook, then the pull rod is inserted into the through hole of the connector, and the skin is stretched by pulling the pull rod. If the pull rod is pulled too tightly or the tension is too large, the buckle can be lifted, and the pull rod is retracted to a proper position. When the skin on the two sides of the wound is gradually pulled and stretched to the magnitude of the tension capable of being sutured, the wound is sutured or closed without further pulling, then the buckles are sequentially lifted, the pull rod is taken out, and the crochet hook is taken out.
In the bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer, the bearded needle is connected with the joint in an integral injection molding mode, a mechanical matching mode or an adhesive bonding mode.
In the bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer, the bearded needle is made of metal materials, and the joint, the pull rod and the buckle are made of plastic or metal materials.

3. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the pull rod is between 0.1-15 mm.
4. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer according to claim 1, wherein the number of the group of bearded needles is at least 2.
5. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer according to claim 1, wherein the length of the bearded needle is 1-10 mm.
6. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer of claim 1, wherein a plurality of bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer are used side by side.
7. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer of claim 6, wherein a plurality of bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer are used side by side, wherein the directions of two adjacent pull rods are the same or opposite.
8. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer of claim 6, wherein when a plurality of bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer are used side by side, the joints on two adjacent bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer are connected by a connecting strip.
9. The bearded needle pull rod type skin stretching closer according to claim 1, wherein the bearded needle is connected with the joint by means of integral injection molding, mechanical fit or adhesive bonding.
