Example (b):
as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a blood collection assisting device, which comprises a base 2, a binding base 1 and a hemostatic assembly 3. The tightening seat 1 is arranged at one end of the base 2. The cinch base 1 is provided with a through hole 11 through which the arm 8 passes. The base 2 is used for placing an elbow. When the arm 8 passes through the through hole 11 and is fixed to the blood sampling auxiliary device, the elbow is placed above the base 2 and the arm 8 is accommodated in the through hole 11. The tightening base 1 is provided with a tightening member for tightening the arm 8 in cooperation with the through hole 11. The hemostatic assembly 3 comprises a winding wheel 31, an unwinding wheel 32 and a pressing member 33. The unwinding wheel 32 is arranged in cooperation with the tourniquet roll 4. The winding wheel 31 is used for winding the tourniquet 41 of the tourniquet roll 4. The pressing member 33 is used to press the tourniquet 41 to the arm 8.
When the blood sampling auxiliary device is used, the hand of a patient passes through the through hole 11 and enables the elbow to be horizontally placed above the base 2. At this time, the arm 8 is accommodated in the through hole 11. The tightening assembly acts and tightens the arm 8. This also fixes the arm 8 of the patient and prevents the arm 8 from moving during blood sampling.
When blood collection is completed, the winding wheel 31 and the unwinding wheel 32 cooperate to move the tourniquet 41 to the front end of the pusher 33. The pressing member 33 is actuated to stick the tourniquet 41 to the punctured part of the arm 8, thereby completing the hemostasis operation.
The auxiliary blood sampling device can tighten the arm 8 of a patient and can automatically stop bleeding. Reduce two actions of tightening and stanching of the doctor, and then improve blood sampling efficiency.
In the present embodiment, the clinch holder 1 includes a housing 12, and a rotary ring 13, a drive motor 14, and a reel 15 provided inside the housing 12. The rotating ring 13 is concentric with the through hole 11. The driving motor 14 is drivingly connected to the rotating ring 13. Specifically, the driving motor 14 may be drivingly connected to the rotating ring 13 through a gear train. The reels 15 are connected to the rotating ring 13. The reels 15 wind elastic cords 16. The other end of the elastic cord 16 is connected to the bottom of the passage hole 11. The hole wall of the through hole 11 is provided with a line passing groove 10 along the circumferential direction for passing the elastic rope 16. The wire passage duct communicates the inside of the housing 12 and the inside of the passage hole 11 so that the elastic cord 16 can pass through the wire passage duct 10 from the inside of the housing 12 into the passage hole 11.
When the arm 8 is received in the through hole 11, the driving motor 14 drives the rotating ring 13 to rotate, so that the rotating ring 13 drives the reel 15 to rotate. This also causes the elastic cord 16 to be gradually pulled out from the reel 15. The elastic cord 16 extends through the slot into the aperture 11 and into contact with the arm 8. The reel 15 rotates one turn around the arm 8 to make the elastic cord 16 bind around the arm 8, thereby binding the arm 8.
In the present embodiment, a coil spring for winding the elastic cord 16 is provided inside the reel 15. When blood collection is completed, the driving motor 14 drives the rotating ring 13 to turn over, so that the reel 15 rotates back to the original position. In this process, the coil spring is restored and the elastic cord 16 is gradually stored inside the reel 15.
The outlets of the reels 15 are provided with a wire guide wheel 151 and a tensioning assembly. The tensioning assembly comprises a tensioning wheel 17, a tensioning rod 18 and a tensioning spring 19. The tension lever 18 is hinged to the outlet of the reel 15. The tension wheel 17 is provided at the other end of the tension rod 18. Tension spring 19 is connected to tension rod 18 and reel 15. The tension spring 19 brings the tension pulley 17 closer to the wire guide pulley 151. When the elastic cord 16 moves to the outside of the reel 15, the tension sheave 17 swings toward the line guide sheave 151 due to the friction force of the elastic cord 16 against the tension sheave 17. That is, during the process of pulling the elastic cord 16 out of the reel 15, the friction force causes the tension wheel 17 to abut against the side of the cord guiding wheel 151, so that the cord guiding wheel 151 and the tension wheel 17 clamp the elastic cord 16, and further, the force required for pulling the elastic cord 16 out is larger, and further, the elastic cord 16 is in a tensioned state during the process of pulling the elastic cord 16 out of the reel 15. This allows the elastic cord 16 to be placed under tension and then applied to the arm 8. The elastic cord 16 can tighten the arm 8 when it is wound around the arm 8. The elastic rope 16 is in a tensioning state and is attached to the arm 8, so that the tightening force applied to all parts of the arm 8 by the elastic rope 16 is the same, all parts of the arm 8 are uniformly stressed, and the comfort is stronger. Meanwhile, during the process of the elastic cord 16 entering the reel 15, the tension wheel 17 is away from the wire guide wheel 151 under the action of friction force, so that the elastic cord 16 can be tightened inside the reel 15.
Meanwhile, the tension spring 19 may be provided with a spring with adjustable elasticity, so that the tension degree of the elastic rope 16 can be adjusted, and finally the tightening degree of the arm 8 can be adjusted.
In this embodiment, the two sides of the rotating ring 13 are provided with guiding convex rings 131. The guide protrusion ring 131 is concentric with the rotation ring 13. The housing 12 is provided with a guide groove 121 receiving the guide protrusion ring 131. The guide protrusion ring 131 is restricted to the guide groove 121, so that the rotation ring 13 can only rotate along the guide groove 121. Thereby ensuring stability of the rotating ring 13.
In this embodiment, the tourniquet 41 comprises a tourniquet portion 411 and a strap portion 412. The strip 412 is provided with a tear line 413. The hemostatic part 411 is located inside the easy-to-tear line 413. When in use, the pressing member 33 pushes the hemostatic section 411, so that the hemostatic section 411 is separated from the band-shaped section 412 along the easy-tearing line 413. The hemostatic section 411 is attached to the puncture site by the pressing of the pressing tool 33, and hemostasis is performed. At the same time, the band 412 is gradually wound up by the winding wheel 31. The winding wheel 31 gradually pulls the next hemostatic section 411 to the pressing section by winding the belt-like section 412, and prepares for the next hemostatic operation.
In this embodiment, the hemostatic assembly 3 further includes a swing seat 5 and a lifting seat 6. The swing seat 5 is swingably connected to one side of the binding seat 1 close to the base 2. The pressing member 33 includes a telescopic rod 331 and a lifting motor 332. The upper end of the telescopic rod 331 is telescopically arranged on the swinging seat 5, and the lower end is telescopically connected with the lifting seat 6. The lifting motor 332 is provided in the swing base 5 and drives the telescopic rod 331 to lift and lower with respect to the swing base 5. Specifically, the telescopic rod 331 is provided with a transmission gear, and the lifting motor 332 is connected to the telescopic rod 331 through a gear engaged with the transmission gear. The winding wheel 31 and the unwinding wheel 32 are both arranged inside the lifting seat 6 and are positioned at two sides of the telescopic rod 331. The lower part of the lifting seat 6 is provided with a through hole 61 for the extension rod 331 to extend out.
During the use, lift motor 332 rotates and to drive telescopic link 331 and go up and down, and then makes telescopic link 331 drive lift seat 6 and go up and down. When the lifting seat 6 descends to the arm 8, the lifting seat 6 is blocked and cannot descend continuously. At this time, the telescopic rod 331 continues to descend, and the hemostatic section 411 pushes the arm 8 through the through hole 61, so that the hemostatic section 411 is adhered to the arm 8.
In this embodiment, two squeezing wheels 333 are disposed at one end of the telescopic rod 331 close to the lifting seat 6. The two squeezing wheels 333 are each connected to the telescopic bar 331 by a swinging bar 334 hinged to the telescopic bar 331. The two swing levers 334 are connected to each other by a tension spring 335.
When in use, the telescopic rod 331 pushes the extrusion wheel 333 to extend out of the lifting seat 6. The telescopic rod 331 is pushed continuously, and the two swinging rods 334 are opened towards two sides under the action of the pushing force, so that the two squeezing wheels 333 roll towards two sides gradually. This causes the pressing wheel 333 to gradually press the hemostatic section 411 toward both sides, thereby making the hemostatic section 411 better fit to the arm 8. In this process, the extension spring 335 is gradually extended. The elastic force thereof enables the pressing wheel 333 to maintain a state of pressing the arm 8, thereby ensuring the effect of the sticking.
In this embodiment, the lifting seat 6 is further provided with a positioning lamp. The position lamp is disposed in cooperation with the pressing wheel 333 such that the pressing position of the pressing wheel 333 is the same as the irradiation position of the position lamp. In use, the angle of the hemostatic assembly 3 is adjusted by the doctor, so that the positioning lamp irradiates the punctured part. Subsequently, the hemostatic section 411 can be attached to the puncture site by the operation of the telescopic rod 331. The position lamp can conveniently adjust the pasting position, facilitates the use.
In this embodiment, the swing base 5 is connected to the tightening base 1 via a connecting rod 7. The connecting rods 7 are provided in a plurality. Two adjacent connecting rods 7 are hinged. Two connecting rods 7 at two ends are respectively hinged with the binding seat 1 and the swinging seat 5. Each hinged part of the connecting rod 7 is provided with a damping part, so that the current state can be kept after the angle between the connecting rods 7 is adjusted. The swing seat 5 is connected with the connecting rod 7 through a spherical hinge.
This arrangement allows the hemostatic assembly 3 to adjust not only the direction, but also the distance that the hemostatic assembly 3 extends, allowing the hemostatic assembly 3 to cover more locations.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes will occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
