Background
Typically, an adult has 4000-5000 ml of blood, of which about 80% is used for circulation and the other 20% is stored in subcutaneous tissues and internal organs. Acute blood loss of more than 1000 ml is generally life-threatening. Hemostasis and replenishment of blood is therefore critical to increasing the rate of cure, especially in the event of significant blood loss during medical wound emergency. The limbs of the body contain a large amount of blood and are more tolerant to ischemia than the brain and internal organs and usually do not necrose even under ischemic conditions of less than 60 minutes. Therefore, in the field and under the condition that the transfusion can not be carried out in the first time, the medical staff can greatly reduce the circulating blood and the stored blood in the limbs by pressing the limbs and drive the blood away from the limbs, so that the driven blood is used for ensuring the blood circulation of important organs of the body. Such a medical treatment is called a hemorrhaging. In clinical practice, when surgery is required for limbs, a hemorrhaging method is also used to cut off blood circulation in the limbs in order to avoid excessive bleeding.
The current methods of exsanguination are generally divided into two categories. The first one is more traditional, uses the elastic rubber blood-dispelling belt, generally the width is 10-15cm, when using, raises the limbs of the patient to the heart level, starts to tighten the blood-dispelling belt from the far end of the back limb for a moment and winds to the near end, and the soft tissue is not embedded between each circle until the soft tissue is wound to the root of the limb, thus the blood in the limb can be dispelled from the limb. The method has high requirements on medical staff during operation, and people with certain experience are required to judge whether the pressure of the blood driving belt is proper. The pressure is too low to play an effective blood dispelling role, otherwise, the tissues can be subjected to oppressive injury, the operation process is complex, and precious human resources are occupied during emergency treatment. The second method adopts an inflation compression method, namely, a plurality of air bags are wrapped outside the limbs, the compression and the blood-dispelling effect on the limbs are realized by filling compressed air into the air bags, and the regulation of the blood-dispelling compression force is realized by regulating the air pressure. Although the method solves the problem of controlling the blood-dispelling pressure and releases medical staff, the inflating device has large volume and inconvenient movement, and the air bag is easy to be punctured by sharp objects to leak air in the field or in the operation process, thereby causing the blood-dispelling efficiency to be reduced or even fail.

The invention provides an automatic blood-dispelling device for surgical operation and first aid, which aims to solve the problems of complex structure, large volume and easy air leakage of the conventional blood-dispelling device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the device comprises a bottom support, a blood-dispelling belt, a driver support, a bottom support hinge, a lock catch, a driver, a controller, a cable, a nut and a pressure sensor, wherein one side of the bottom support is hinged with one end of the blood-dispelling belt through the bottom support hinge, the other side of the bottom support is fixedly connected with the lock catch, the other end of the blood-dispelling belt is clamped with the lock catch, the blood-dispelling belt is divided into 4-6 sub-belts by an annular seam in the circumferential direction, an opening is formed in the middle of the upper axial direction of the blood-dispelling belt, a pair of driver supports are respectively installed on the edge of the opening of each sub-belt, the pressure sensor is installed in each opening, the nut is arranged in a hole on one side of each pair of driver supports, the driver is fixedly installed on the other side of each pair of driver supports, a power shaft of the driver is in threaded connection with the nut, and each driver and each pressure sensor are connected with the controller through the cable;
the bottom bracket of the invention is made of light rigid material;
the blood-dispelling belt is made of elastic soft materials;
the sub-bandwidth of the haemostasis dispelling belt is 5-15cm;
the driver comprises a motor, a worm wheel and a power shaft, wherein an output shaft of the motor is rigidly connected with the worm, the worm is meshed with the worm wheel, and the worm wheel is fixedly connected with the power shaft.
The invention has the advantages of novel structure, simple and convenient operation, light volume and no air leakage risk, and the automatic blood dispelling in the medical emergency process is realized by rotating the screw rods through the speed reducer and sequentially tightening the blood dispelling belts by the plurality of motors, the built-in pressure sensor can automatically sense the blood dispelling pressure, the set blood dispelling pressure is reached by adjusting the rotation of the motors according to the detected pressure and the set value, the blood dispelling belts are sequentially tightened from the far end to the near end, and the blood dispelling time is recorded.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the blood-driving belt comprises a bottom bracket 1, a blood-driving belt 2, a driver bracket 3, a bottom bracket hinge 4, a latch 5, a driver 6, a controller 7, a cable 8, a nut 9 and a pressure sensor 10, wherein one side of the bottom bracket 1 is hinged with one end of the blood-driving belt 2 through the bottom bracket hinge 4, the other side of the bottom bracket 1 is fixedly connected with the latch 5, the other end of the blood-driving belt 2 is clamped with the latch 5, the blood-driving belt 2 is divided into 4-6 sub-belts 202 by a circumferential annular seam 201 of the blood-driving belt 2, an opening 203 is arranged in the middle of the upper axial direction of the blood-driving belt 2, a pair of driver brackets 3 are respectively arranged on the edge of the opening 202 of each sub-belt 202, the pressure sensor 10 is arranged inside each opening 202, the nut 9 is arranged in a hole of one side 301 of each pair of the driver brackets 3, the driver 6 is fixedly arranged on the other side 302, a power shaft 604 of the driver 6 is in threaded connection with the nut 9, and each driver 6 and the pressure sensor 10 are connected with the controller 7 through the cable 8;

The working principle is as follows:
when a patient needs to perform a hematochezia operation, as shown in fig. 5, medical staff loosen the lock catch 5, open the hematochezia device, place the limbs of the patient needing to be hematochezia between the bottom bracket 1 and the hematochezia strip 2, then close the hematochezia device, lock the lock catch 5, and then press a button on the controller 7 to start the electric driver 6 to lock the hematochezia strip 2;
the driver 6 utilizes the worm gear and worm speed reduction principle to enable the screw to generate low-speed and high-torque rotation, the motor 601 drives the worm 602 to rotate, and the nut 9 on the driver bracket 3 does not rotate, so that the screw and the nut generate relative rotation, and the blood-driving belt 2 is driven to be locked;
