According to the present invention, since the T-die main body can be moved high above the ground when cleaning the T-die main body, and the heavy-weight T-die main body can be maneuvered into a position that facilitates cleaning, the present invention enhances the ease of a cleaning operation of the T-die main body and can be used to support T-die main bodies of various lengths.

Description

T-DIE MOUNTED DEVICE}

The present invention relates to a T-die mounting apparatus, and more particularly, to a T-die mounting apparatus capable of mounting a T-die to facilitate cleaning of the T-die.

Generally, the T-die processing method is one of the processing methods for forming a film of polyethylene or polypropylene. The heat-melted resin is put into an extruder and extruded from the T-die into a film, Or the like, and then compressed and cooled in the middle between the cooling roll and the press roll to fix them.

This T-die comprises a T-die body including two die members for extruding the molten resin into a film form at high pressure using two rips and an internal manifold, And a structure for controlling the width of the film by adjusting the position of the film, and an operation unit for adjusting the position of the deck part.

However, such a T-die accumulates much foreign matter between the two die members of the T-die body and the inner and outer surfaces of each die member when repeated use is made to form the film. Therefore, periodic cleaning of the T-die body is required.

In order to clean the T-die body, two die members constituting the T-die body must be separated and cleaned. Since the T-die body is of a heavy weight, a separate table It is generally not possible to manufacture and use the tie-in. In this case, the tie-in body is placed on the ground, and the respective die members are separated and cleaned. In this case, another foreign matter accumulated on the ground is buried in each of the die members, making it difficult to thoroughly clean the T-die body.

The first adjustment screw 810 may be rotated to push one side of the first die member 11 that is coupled to the first die support block 240 and mounted on the pair of first holders 230. When the first adjusting screw 810 is rotated to push one side of the first die member 11, the rotated angle of the first die member 11 can be adjusted.

The second adjustment screw 820 may be rotated to push one side of the second die member 12 that is coupled to the second die support block 360 and seated in the pair of second holders 340. By rotating the second adjusting screw 820 to push one side of the second die member 12, the rotated angle of the second die member 12 can be adjusted.

Hereinafter, an operation procedure for mounting and cleaning the T-die using the T-die mounting apparatus will be described.

First, the fixing rod 1 is coupled to both ends of the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 of the T-die main body 10 for mounting the T-die main body 10, Die body 10 is moved to the upper portions of the first dagger portion 200 and the second dagger portion 300 by using the first die member 11 and the fixing rod 1 coupled to both ends of the first die member 11, Is placed in the first mounting groove (232a) formed in the second mounting block (232) of the pair of first mounting brackets (230) of the first mounting bracket (200) The engaging rod 1 is seated in the second mounting groove 341a formed in the third mounting block 341 of the pair of second mounting brackets 340 of the second mounting bracket 300. [

Next, the first and second die members 11 and 12 of the T-die body 10 are separated from each other by operating the movable operation unit 400. [ That is, the movable screw 430 coupled to the first fixed block 410 and the second fixed block 420 is rotated to advance toward the second fixed block 420. At this time, the end of the movable screw 430 is rotated The second fixing block 420 is pushed so that the second dagger portion 300 moves along the rail 312 and the second dagger portion 300 moves along the rail 312 The second die member 12 is spaced from the first die member 11.

Thereafter, the fixing pins coupled to the first mounting block 231 and the second mounting block 232 are separated, and the fixing pins coupled to the third mounting block 341 and the fourth mounting block 342 are separated So that the first mounting block 231 and the fourth mounting block 342 are rotatable.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A 'of FIG. 4 showing a state in which the first and second holders shown in FIG. 5 are rotated. Referring to FIG. 6, The first cylinder device 510 and the second cylinder device 520 connected to the first cylinder block 510 and the second cylinder device 520 are operated to cause the cylinder rods 511 and 521 to move backward so that the respective second mounting blocks 232 rotate downward, The third cylinder device 530 and the fourth cylinder device 540 connected to the respective fourth mounting blocks 342 are driven through the frame 570 for the cylinders 531 and 541 to move backward So that the fourth mounting block 342 of the first mounting block 342 is rotated in the downward direction. As a result, the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 are laid down at a predetermined angle.

Through this process, the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 of the T-die body 10 are spaced apart from each other to provide a space that can be cleaned. In this state, The plurality of bolts coupled to the die member 11 and the second die member 12 are removed. At this time, the worker can move the tool provided through the spring balancer 700 to a position where the worker can easily work, and remove the bolts using the tool. The removed bolts may be placed in the bolt mounting hole 610 of the bolt holder 600.

When all of these processes are completed, the operator performs cleaning of the T-die main body 10, which removes foreign matter accumulated in the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 of the T- .

The angled (rotated) angle of the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 of the T-die body 10 for the convenience of the operator during the cleaning of the T-die body 10 can be adjusted have. That is, the first adjustment screw 810 and the second adjustment screw 820 coupled to the first die support block 240 and the second die support block 360 are connected to the first die member 11 and the second die member 320, The portion of the first die member 11 and the second die member 12 corresponding to the first adjusting screw 810 and the second adjusting screw 820 is pushed and the first die member 11 11 and the rotation angle of the second die member 12 can be adjusted.

Here, the cleaning of the T-die body 10 can be performed by removing lubricant, applying water, or removing foreign matter.

With the use of the T-die mounting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the T-die main body, which has been used for a long period of time and accumulates foreign matter, can be positioned higher than the ground surface and cleaned, cleaning work of the T-die main body is facilitated.

Further, since the T-die main body having a high weight can be laid down at an angle that allows easy cleaning, the convenience of the cleaning work of the T-die main body can be increased.

In the T-die mounting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first and second dies 200 and 300, which hold the T-die body 10, And the second stand 330 can move along the first horizontal frame 212 and the second horizontal frame 322 along the length of the first dental part 200 The first mounting base 230 and the second mounting base 340 of the pair of second mounting bases 340 of the first mounting base 300 and the second mounting base 340 of the second mounting base 300 are adjusted to mount various lengths of the T- .

The description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features presented herein.
