Description

[0001] Driving device for search light [0002]

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a search light driving apparatus, and more particularly, to a search light driving apparatus for driving a searchlight provided in a work vehicle to be rotated, .

Generally, work vehicles such as excavators are widely used in general construction sites and other work sites. The work of such a work vehicle is mainly performed in the daytime, but also occurs when the work is performed at night. However, in the case of night work, the worker may be present within the radius of rotation of the work vehicle. For this reason, the work vehicle is equipped with a searchlight to illuminate the operator's view at night.

Such a searchlight may be installed so as to irradiate the front or rotate to rotate in accordance with the rotation of the working vehicle. Since such a searchlight moves together with the work vehicle, the worker can not obtain a view in advance in the direction in which the work vehicle rotates. For this reason, an accident that a work vehicle collides with an operator frequently occurs.

Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2004-0035076 discloses a technique related to the above conventional searchlight.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a searchlight driving apparatus that can prevent a collision with an obstacle and an operator by allowing a visual field to be secured within a turning radius of a working vehicle in advance It has its purpose.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a searchlight driving apparatus for driving a searchlight provided in a work vehicle that is rotated by a handle unit to irradiate light, A sensing unit for sensing a turning radius of the working vehicle; An illumination unit that rotates up and down and left and right and irradiates light; A control unit for determining an irradiation angle of the illumination unit according to a rotation radius detected by the sensing unit; And a driving unit for transmitting a driving force for turning to the illumination unit corresponding to the irradiation angle determined by the control unit.

The illumination unit may include a pair of lights installed side by side to irradiate light, and a frame portion supporting the pair of lights. In this case, it is preferable that the pair of lights irradiate the front or rear of the working vehicle in correspondence to the irradiation angle determined by the control section, and the other one irradiates the turning radius of the working vehicle in advance.

The frame part may include a body installed in the working vehicle and a turning frame coupled to the rotating shaft connected to the driving part and rotatably mounted on the body.

The searchlight driving apparatus may further include a warning unit for generating a warning sound in response to a control signal generated by the control unit.

According to the searchlight driving apparatus of the present invention, the turning radius of the working vehicle is grasped through the sensing unit, and a pair of lights that rotate individually detect the visual field of the turning radius in advance so as to secure the visibility within the turning radius .

In addition, since the warning portion can give a warning to the operator within the turning radius, it is possible to prevent an accident involving an obstacle or an operator.

Further, since the irradiation angle is determined through the control unit, the position of the searchlight can be adjusted without any operator's operation.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in the present specification and claims should not be construed as limited to ordinary or dictionary terms, and the inventor should appropriately interpret the concepts of the terms appropriately The present invention should be construed in accordance with the meaning and concept consistent with the technical idea of the present invention.

Therefore, the embodiments described in the present specification and the configurations shown in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the technical ideas of the present invention are described. Therefore, at the time of the present application, It should be understood that variations can be made.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

2 is a perspective view of the searchlight driving apparatus shown in Fig. 1, Figs. 3A and 3B are diagrams for explaining the operation of the searchlight driving apparatus shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3 is a plan view showing an operating state of the apparatus; Fig.

1 to 3B, a searchlight driving apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a searchlight control unit 20 provided in a working vehicle that is rotated by a handle unit 20 and drives a searchlight will be. The searchlight driving apparatus 10 includes a sensing unit 100, a lighting unit 200, a control unit 300, and a driving unit 400. Here, the working vehicle means a vehicle such as an excavator capable of turning operation, but the present invention is not limited thereto and can be applied to a general vehicle or other cases where a search is required.

The sensing unit 100 senses the rotational direction of the handle device 20 and grasps the turning radius of the working vehicle. That is, the sensing unit 100 is connected to the handle 20. When the worker rotates the work vehicle with the handle device 20, the worker senses the direction of rotation and grasps the turning radius of the work vehicle.

The illumination unit 200 is vertically and horizontally rotated by the driving unit 400 to be described later (to be described later) and emits light. For this, a pair of lights 210 and a frame 220 may be included.

The pair of lights 210 are preferably installed side by side to irradiate light. Here, the pair of lights 210 are pivotally controlled in accordance with the irradiation angle determined by the control unit 300, which will be described later. More specifically, the selected one illuminates the front or rear of the working vehicle. And the other light 210 is turned to irradiate the turning radius of the working vehicle in advance. That is, a pair of lights 210 installed side by side correspond to the control unit 300, which will be described later, and operate individually. On the other hand, the pair of lights 210 are supported by a frame 220, which will be described later, so that they can be turned vertically and horizontally to irradiate light.

The frame part 220 supports the pair of lights 210 and may include a body 221 and a rotation frame 222. Here, the body 221 is fixed to the work vehicle. Also, although not shown in the drawing, a driving unit 400 may be provided in the body 221. The pivot frame 222 is coupled to the upper side of the body 221. That is, the pivot frame 222 is coupled with the body 221 and pivots about the pivot. Further, it is preferable that the pivoting frame 222 extends upward and engages with the light 210. That is, the light 210 coupled to the pivot frame 222 by pivoting about the axis can be rotated right and left. The driving unit 400 may be connected to the pivot frame 222 and the light 210 to rotate the light 210 up and down. The light 210 can be vertically rotated, and can be useful when working on a slope. For example, when the working vehicle is working on an uphill road, the light 210 may be rotated downward to secure a front view. Also, when the working vehicle is working on a downhill road, the light 210 can be turned upward to secure a forward view.

The control unit 300 determines an irradiation angle according to the radius of rotation detected by the sensing unit 100. That is, the irradiation angle to be irradiated by the illumination unit 200 is determined according to the degree of the turning radius of the working vehicle detected through the sensing unit 100.

The driving unit 400 transmits a driving force corresponding to the irradiation angle determined by the control unit 300. The type of the rotary motor is not limited to that of transmitting the rotation driving force to the illumination unit 200 when the illumination unit 200 rotates, but the present invention is not limited thereto and the types may be various. Also, although not shown, the driving unit 400 may include left and right motors that rotate the lighting unit 200 left and right, and vertical motors that rotate the lighting unit 200 up and down.

Hereinafter, the operating state of the searchlight driving apparatus 10 will be examined when the operator moves the handle apparatus 20 to the right.

As shown in Fig. 3A, the operator moves the handle device 20 to the right to turn the working vehicle to the right. The sensing unit 100 senses that the handle device 20 is moving to the right, and thus determines the turning radius of the working vehicle. The control unit 300 determines an irradiation angle at which the illumination unit 200 is rotated to the right according to the grasped turning radius. Accordingly, the light 210 disposed on the right side of the pair of lights 210 arranged side by side with respect to the front is rotated in the rightward direction. As the light 210 rotates in the right direction, the operator can confirm in advance the work environment in which the work vehicle is to be rotated. On the other hand, the light 210 disposed on the other left side irradiates light forward in accordance with the working direction of the working vehicle. Although not shown in the drawing, when the working vehicle is working in the rearward direction, the light 210 can be turned and irradiated backward. Thus, the worker can secure the field of view of the turning radius of the working vehicle in advance and secure the forward or rearward field of view.

3B, when the operator moves the handle device 20 to the left side, the operating state of the searchlight driving device 10 will be described. First, the operator moves the handle device 20 to the left to turn the working vehicle to the left. The sensing unit 100 senses that the handle unit 20 is moving to the left side, and thus determines the turning radius of the working vehicle. The control unit 300 determines an irradiation angle at which the illumination unit 200 rotates to the left according to the grasped turning radius. As the light 210 rotates in the left direction, the worker can confirm the work environment in which the work vehicle is to be rotated in advance. On the other hand, the light 210 disposed on the other right side irradiates light forward in accordance with the working direction of the working vehicle. On the other hand, although not shown in the drawing, when the working vehicle performs a backward operation, the light 210 can rotate and irradiate light backward. Thus, the worker can secure the field of view of the turning radius of the working vehicle in advance and secure the forward or rearward field of view.

The searchlight driving apparatus 10 may further include a warning unit 500 electrically connected to the control unit 300 to generate a warning sound. The warning unit 500 generates a warning sound when the light 210 rotates and irradiates light to the turning radius of the working vehicle, thereby alerting the operator within the turning radius. This allows the operator within the radius of turn to recognize the beep and reduce the damage to the accident.

According to the searchlight driving apparatus 10 of the present invention as described above, the turning radius of the working vehicle is grasped through the sensing unit 100, and a pair of lighting units 200, which rotate individually, By inspecting the field of view in advance, the field of vision within the turning radius is secured to the operator. Also, a warning can be given to an operator within a turning radius through the warning unit 500. This will prevent accidents that may be conflicting with obstacles and workers. Further, since the irradiation angle is determined through the control unit 300, the position of the searchlight can be adjusted without any operator's operation.

While the present invention has been described with reference to exemplary embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims. Accordingly, the true scope of the present invention should be determined by the technical idea of the appended claims.
