Description

[0001] Freight platform device of liftable construction [0002]

The present invention relates to a cargo platform, and more particularly, to a cargo platform mechanism of a vertically moving structure for loading and unloading cargo including various equipment between an offshore structure and a supply ship.

Often, offshore structures such as FPSO are loaded or unloaded for maintenance. In case of overboard lifting by lifting the equipment directly by using the crane, there is a risk of shock between the lifting equipment and the supply deck due to the up and down movement of the hull due to the waves. As a result, off-peak lifting operations are usually limited on high waves in offshore structures.

As a countermeasure thereto, prior art documents such as Korean Patent Registration No. 0471180 (Prior Art 1) and Korean Patent Registration No. 1400008 (Prior Art 2) can be reviewed.

The prior art document 1 includes a rotating device installed between an upper structure and a lower structure for facilitating rotation of the lower structure; And a rotation angle fixing device provided on one side of the rotation device for adjusting a rotation angle of the rotation device. Therefore, it is expected that the time required for shipment and unloading of special baggage will be shortened and safety will be improved.

Prior Art 2 is a wire disposed outside the accommodation space to raise and lower a target object; A lifting / lowering control unit including a crane that adjusts the length of the wire; And a flow decay unit coupled to the object to provide an external force such that the wire maintains a tension state corresponding to the rising and falling of the object and the flow of the object is prevented. Accordingly, the effect of reducing the flow of the object by the movement of the ship is expected.

However, in the prior art document 1, it is difficult to solve the fluctuation in the up and down direction even if the angle of rotation is adjusted as a structure suitable for special cargo. In the prior art document 2, since the object is raised and lowered in the accommodation space formed in the ship, Is insufficient.

1. Korean Registered Patent No. 0471180 entitled "Multipurpose Lifting Device" (Open date: March 8, 2005). 2. Korean Registered Patent No. 1400008 entitled "Vessel Lifting Device for Reducing the Flow of a Subject" (Published on Apr. 14, 2014).

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a cargo platform mechanism of a vertically moving structure for reducing impact due to up and down movement of a hull caused by waves by applying a vertical movement guide rail and a movable platform have.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a platform mechanism installed on a hull for guiding the loading and unloading of cargo, comprising: a guide rail vertically fixed to one side of a hull; A movable platform movable up and down on the guide rail and connected to receive power from the hull; And a position fixing means installed to interlock the engagement between the hull and the movable platform.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the guide rail is characterized by having a plurality of guide rollers on at least two surfaces.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the movable platform is connected to a wire rope of a crane and receives power of up and down movement.

As a detailed construction of the present invention, the movable platform has a flap which is rotatably movable at one end via a hinge.

As a detailed construction of the present invention, the position fixing means includes a toothed belt provided adjacent to the guide roller, a pivotal table rotatably mounted on the movable platform, and teeth fixed to one end of the pivotal table so as to be engageable with the toothed belt .

As described above, according to the present invention, there is an effect of preventing the damage by reducing the impact due to the up and down movement of the hull caused by the waves during the off-loading and unloading process of loading and unloading cargo between the offshore structure and the supply ship.

In addition, the present invention can be manufactured with a relatively simple and inexpensive lightweight structure, and has the effect of eliminating the additional cost by using the power of the installed crane.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention proposes a platform mechanism installed on the hull 10 for guiding the loading and unloading of cargo. But is not limited to, an apparatus for moving cargo from a hull 10 of an offshore structure, such as an FPSO, to a supply line SB. Normally, the hull 10 is provided with a crane 12 for loading and unloading cargo.

According to the present invention, the guide rail 20 is vertically fixed to one side of the hull 10. The upper end of the guide rail 20 reaches the deck of the hull 10 and the lower end thereof is formed to a length reaching the deck of the supply line. 1, the guide rail 20 has a C-shaped cross section.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the guide rail 20 is characterized by having a plurality of guide rollers 22 on at least two sides. The guide roller 22 supports the slider 32 of the movable platform 30, which will be described later, so as to be movable up and down. In FIG. 1, the slider 32 is in contact with a plurality of guide rollers 22 on one side and the other side. The guide roller 22 uses a urethane resin having high bufferability, mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.

According to the present invention, a movable platform 30 connected to receive power from the hull 10 is installed on the guide rail 20 so as to be movable up and down. In FIG. 1, the movable platform 30 is exemplified by a triangular cross-sectional structure in order to reduce the weight while maintaining the strength. As shown in FIG. 2, a pair of sliders 32 are provided on one surface of the movable platform 30 so as to face each other in parallel. The movable platform 30 does not have power or minimizes the power for lightening and performs up and down movement using the power of the hull 10.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the movable platform 30 is connected to the wire rope 15 of the crane 12 and is powered by up and down motions. The movable platform 30 has a lug near the center of gravity and connects to the wire rope 15 of the crane 12. It is preferable to mount a remote control for controlling the operation of the crane 12 to the movable platform 30 in consideration of the speed and stability of the operation.

As a detailed configuration of the present invention, the movable platform 30 is characterized in that the movable platform 30 is provided with a flap 34 which is rotatably movable at one end via a hinge 36. [ A slider 32 is provided at one end of the movable platform 30 and a flap 34 is provided at the other end. The end of the flap 34 is positioned lower than the hinge 36 at the lowering pivoting stroke end and is positioned vertically at the upper pivoting stroke end. The flap 34 is in direct contact with the deck of the supply line, thereby inducing safe movement of the cargo. A roller (not shown) may be provided at the end of the flap 34 to maintain a stable connection even if the supply line is accompanied by up-and-down movement.

According to the present invention, the position fixing means 40 is provided so as to interlock the engagement between the hull 10 and the movable platform 30. The position fixing means 40 is engaged with the hull 10 so that the movable platform 30 is stopped at the rising stroke end, the falling stroke end, or an intermediate position thereof. That is, the position fixing means 40 disperses the stress acting on the wire rope 15 of the crane 12 by the movable platform 30 to bear.

The position fixing means 40 includes a toothed table 25 provided adjacent to the guide roller 22, a pivot table 41 provided to be pivotable on the movable platform 30, And teeth (45) fixed to one end of the base (41) so as to be engageable with the toothed belt (25). The toothed belt 25 is provided at a position having a toothed portion formed to be inclined upward and kept in contact with the movable platform 30. The pivot base 41 is rotatably mounted on one surface of the movable platform 30 via a hinge 43. [ At the upper end of the rotary table 41, a tooth 45 formed to be inclined downward is fixed, and a driver 47 for causing a rotary motion is connected to the lower end. The driver 47 can use an electric solenoid or a hydraulic cylinder.

When the driver 47 is operated in one direction, the teeth 45 are engaged with the teeth of the teeth 25, the up and down movements of the movable platform 30 are restrained, The teeth 45 are separated from the teeth of the toot rest 25 and the up and down movement of the movable platform 30 by the crane 12 is allowed.

4, when the movable platform 30 reaches the deck of the ship 10, the cargo (personnel) is mounted, the flap 34 is vertically erected, the crane 12 is operated When the movable platform 30 is gradually lowered to reach the deck of the supply line SB, the flap 34 is rotated to maintain the contact state and the cargo is moved to the supply line via the flap 34 from the movable platform 30. The process of loading cargo from the supply line to the hull 10 proceeds in the reverse order to the above.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Accordingly, such variations or modifications should fall within the scope of the utility model registration claims of the present invention.
