In recent years, in all manufacturing processes, the process has been automated to minimize manpower and maximize productivity, or to eliminate risk factors. Various automation devices and technologies are applied to such process automation. The most basic technology among these automation devices and technologies is automatic transfer technology.
For example, there are a one-dimensional transfer device for moving a specific object in one direction, a two-dimensional transfer device for moving a specific object in two directions of X and Y, or a three-dimensional transfer device for moving a specific object in three directions of X, Y and Z .
Of these, two-dimensional transfer devices having a relatively simple structure and a wide application field are used in various fields. The two-dimensional transfer device has two power sources for moving a specific object in two directions, one power source is provided on the fixed plate, and the other power source is provided on the moving plate. In a two-dimensional transfer apparatus having such a structure, one power source moves the moving plate in one direction, and the other power source moves a specific object in the moving plate in the moving plate. In the two-dimensional transfer device having such a structure, since one power source is provided on the moving plate, there is a problem that it takes a large load on the other power source and it is difficult to control precise driving.
In addition, the width of the horizontal drive during the two-dimensional driving determines the workable width of the two-dimensional transfer device. In order to transfer a large transferred object, the horizontal drive width must be increased. When the horizontal driving width is increased, the space for installing the two-dimensional transfer device becomes large, and interference with peripheral equipment such as a press occurs.
