The present invention relates to a three-dimensional foldable dust mask and a method of manufacturing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a three-dimensional foldable dust mask having a structure capable of folding flatly on carrying, and a method of manufacturing the same.

The dust-proof mask is a respiratory protection that is worn so as not to inhale dust floating in the air at work places or the like, and is usually made of an air-permeable fiber material.

Generally, the dustproof mask can be classified into a cup type dustproof mask formed into a cup shape and a foldable dustproof mask capable of folding flatly.

BACKGROUND ART A technique related to a foldable dust mask is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-0531054 and Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2008-0102881.

Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0531054 proposes a respiratory mask characterized in that a component such as an exhaust valve is fixed to a respiratory body by a printed adhesive patch. Korean Patent Registration No. 10-0531054 discloses a method for producing a respiratory mask by sequentially supplying a filter material, a cover web material, a foam material, and the like to each other to form a web assembly, Process.

However, the manufacturing process of the respiratory mask is disadvantageous in that it is difficult to diversify the material of each material since the materials for forming the web assembly must be continuously supplied from the roll state by unwinding. Particularly, since it is difficult to sufficiently secure the rigidity of the cover web material, there is a problem that it is not easy to maintain the shape when the mask is folded or unfolded.

Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2008-0102881 discloses a mask including a base panel, an upper panel, and a lower panel, wherein the base panel has an outwardly curved shape in an unfolded state. The mask is divided into an upper surface and a lower surface so that the base panel has an outwardly curved shape, and the width of the upper surface and the lower surface is divided so as to become smaller toward the both ends from the central portion.

However, as described above, the mask having the curved shape of the base panel has disadvantages in that it is inconvenient to carry and handle since the flatness is not ensured in the folded state.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a three-dimensional foldable dust mask having improved structure to facilitate shape retention and a method of manufacturing the same.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a foldable dust mask having a flat shape in a folded state and being portable and easy to handle, and a method of manufacturing the same.

The external frame is preferably made of a rigid material relative to the base panel.

The outer frame may be made of at least one material selected from polypropylene, polyester nonwoven fabric, urethane, nonwoven fabric laminated fabric and plastic.

The outer frame and the base panel may be bonded to each other by fusion.

The external frame has a shape in which strips are continuously extended along the periphery of the base panel. In the middle portion, there is an empty space for exposing the base panel to the outside, and the strip width of the external frame is set at the center It is preferable to spread toward the end portion.

An ultrasonic welding portion of a comb-like pattern may be formed on the outer frame.

The three-dimensional foldable dust mask according to the present invention may further include a nose wire and a fitting foam attached to an inner surface of the first side panel or the second side panel.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing a base panel, comprising the steps of: (a) press-cutting a filter fabric to produce a base panel, a first side panel, a second side panel and an exterior frame, respectively; (b) stacking the external frame, the base panel, the first side panel and the second side panel on an ultrasonic welding jig; (c) forming a mask body by performing ultrasonic welding and cutting processing in a state where the lamination is completed; And (d) attaching a wearer's string to both end portions of the mask body. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional foldable dust mask.

Wherein the step (a) further comprises forming a guide pin hole at a corner of the base panel, the first side panel, the second side panel, and the outer frame, and the step (b) And the guide pin is inserted into the guide pin hole and guided.

The step (a) may further include performing ultrasonic welding of a comb-like pattern on an outer surface of the outer frame.

The step (c) may further include attaching a nose wire and a fitting foam to an inner surface of the first side panel or the second side panel.

According to the present invention, the outer frame of the relatively rigid material provided on the outer surface of the mask body can stably maintain the shape before and after the folding of the mask.

Further, since the mask has a flat shape in a folded state, there is an advantage that it is convenient to carry and handle.

In addition, unlike the conventional three-dimensional foldable dust mask, since the separate external frame made of a material different from that of the base panel is provided, functionality different from the base panel can be imparted to the external frame.
