Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a horizontally stacked mask, and more particularly, to a horizontally stacked mask having double slanted pleats.
As a mask for respiratory protection, that is, a face mask, there are two types: a molded cup shape and a flat fold shape. The flat folding form may be divided into a horizontal stacking type and a vertical stacking type again according to the direction in which multiple surfaces are folded.
The molded cup-shaped mask seems to be able to accurately build an internal air chamber that is sealed from the outside by a rigid structure, but it is difficult to accommodate them all because the contours of the face differ from person to person. In addition, since the width of the outer periphery of the cup is limited, it is located between the temporomandibular joint and the temple, so that it is difficult to maintain a closed structure for facial muscle movements such as speaking. The biggest problem is that it is cumbersome to carry due to the volume occupying a certain space.
On the other hand, most of the foldable masks are horizontally folded, ie, horizontally stacked, with the exception of U.S. Patent No. 6,394,090, which is vertically folded, in Korean Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-1998-0702678 (International Publication WO 1996/28217), Korea Patent Publication No. 10-1998-0702678 (International Publication No. WO 1996/28217) discloses a three-sided mask comprising a so-called middle surface, an upper surface and a lower surface. In addition, Korean Patent Registration No. 966272 invented by the present inventor discloses an improved three-sided mask using bonding. In addition, as a foldable mask, Korean Patent Publication Nos. 2010-0091417, 2010-0092068 and 2010-0092069 of 3M basically consist of upper and lower parts with the horizontal axis as the middle line, and the upper part has a single wrinkle. Disclosed is a mask in which the lower part is folded side by side so as to have two-stage pleats and flanges that are slantedly joined to both sides are connected to the lateral axis. Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-113189 (filed on May 17, 2010) discloses a four-sided mask composed of A, B, C and D with a central junction line as the center.
The conventional stacking mask as described above has its own multi-faceted structure to cover the face contour centered on the nose, but the three-dimensional structure is limited to about 3 and 4 sides.
In general, when unfolding a foldable mask, it is advantageous to form many wrinkles in order to implement a three-dimensional structure that fits the contours of the user's face. However, compared to general straight lines or horizontal folds that are folded horizontally several times to join the sides at once, the inclined folds formed by joining and cutting horizontal folds in a curved line do not repeat the folding and folding process of the folds due to interference in the joining and cutting process. Otherwise, since it is impossible to form a plurality of oblique pleats, the plurality of oblique pleats is hardly employed. The present inventor has completed the present invention by devising a structure capable of easily forming a plurality of oblique pleats as a result of long research on the mask wrinkle structure and the mask integrated manufacturing process.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a horizontally stackable mask that can be easily folded and stored while maintaining a three-dimensional structure similar to a hemispherical shape when used as a foldable mask.
According to the present invention, the second inclined wrinkle part having a curved or sloping middle bending line downward from the center toward both sides and the second slanted wrinkle part are continuous below or outside the second slanted wrinkle part depending on the folding direction, and both sides from the center according to the folding direction There is provided a horizontally stacked mask consisting of a main body having a first inclined wrinkle portion having a curved surface or an inclined intermediate bending line toward the upper or lower side and a string mounted on the main body. In the present invention, preferably, the arc shape of the inclined bent line of the first inclined corrugation is larger than the arc shape of the inclined bent line of the second inclined wrinkle, based on the same floor. Generally 2 to 10 mm, and most preferably, it is formed more outwardly by about 5 mm.
In addition, the horizontally stacked mask of the present invention preferably has a reinforcing rim in which the blank portion cut in the formation of the first slanted wrinkle is joined to the edge of the upper end of the main body. The reinforcing rim is preferably a three-layer panel thickness. At this time, in the formation of the first inclined wrinkle portion, only a small portion of the blank portion remains uncut and the user may apply a little force to separate the bonded reinforcing rim during use. This can be achieved by omitting only a small fraction of the cutting edge. In this case, the mask firmly maintains its original state during storage or distribution, and has the advantage of being able to confirm that it has not been used if it is not separated. In addition, the edge of the lower end of the main body may be double or more folded and joined to form a separate reinforcing rim.
The mask of the present invention may incorporate known prior art techniques in which a harness is bonded, typically to the four corners of the body, or to adjust the length of the harness.
The mask of the present invention may have various methods of folding the inclined folds during storage. In general, the second slanted wrinkle part and the first slanted wrinkle part are folded to form a square shape, or the first slanted wrinkle part is developed downward so that the middle bent line of the first slanted wrinkle part becomes the lower edge of the main body. can
In the present invention, the panel material of the main body is made by laminating sheet materials of various functions. In the present invention, the term "joint cut" means that splicing and cutting are performed together. For example, after ultrasonic bonding, the cutting blades are arranged to proceed sequentially, or the structure of the ultrasonic horn may be combined or the cutting may be performed simultaneously with the blade structure. In the present invention, the slanted wrinkle part means a wrinkled part in which the middle bending line of the wrinkle part is not horizontal but inclined. When the slanted wrinkle part is unfolded, it may be implemented close to a part of the spherical surface.
The mask of the present invention is generally formed by bending a single panel, but may be formed by bonding a plurality of panels in some cases.
If necessary, the co-clip is disposed at a predetermined position in the step of preparing the panel material, and preferably, it is embedded by inserting it during lamination, that is, lamination to form a panel. Such a nose clip, for example, using a material having a plasticity, such as a soft iron material, the user can arbitrarily bend or use an elastic metal or plastic material, a shape memory alloy or a shape memory plastic material.
In the present invention, the material of the panel is not particularly limited and may be used in various ways, such as woven fabric and non-woven fabric. For example, it may be made of a composite nonwoven fabric in which a melt blown nonwoven fabric to which static electricity is imparted and a spunbonded nonwoven fabric are laminated. These nonwoven fabrics form well-controlled micropores at the time of manufacture to provide the function of filtering the inhaled air. The lining may be a soft material, such as polypropylene mixed with polyethylene, and a soft spunbonded nonwoven fabric may be used.
In the case of a nonwoven fabric, the bonding of the middle bend line or the bonding of the wrinkle part is performed by fusion, particularly ultrasonic welding, but in the case of a woven fabric, it can be made by sewing or bonding. Most of the horizontal stacking mask of the present invention can be manufactured by a consistent process by laminating (or laminating), bending, bonding, and cutting. In addition, in the case of bending and bonding as a single laminated panel, feeding and transporting are easy in the manufacturing process, and the manufacturing process is simple.
The features of the present invention are more clearly revealed when the manufacturing process of the present invention is examined in detail.
Lay the sheets with multiple functions and prepare a mask panel material with a nose clip loaded in an appropriate position.
In order to form the second oblique wrinkle portion, the upper portion of the laminated panel is first folded and jointly cut in an arc shape, and the blank portion is separated from the panel and removed. Subsequently, in order to form the first oblique pleats, the corresponding portion of the panel is folded to overlap the second oblique pleats, and the second oblique pleats are joined and cut in an arc shape slightly larger than the arc of the arc shape to form the first oblique pleats. In this case, the blank part may not be removed by separating it from the panel. In addition, if necessary, removing a small portion of the cutting blade to leave a small portion (for example, a point or an advantage) rather than a complete cut, not only makes it easier to handle the cut margins in the subsequent bonding process, but also When the user opens the mask after purchase, it can be easily removed, which is hygienically advantageous because it is possible to know whether or not to use it. The upper portion of the first folded laminated panel is folded back with the center of the horizontal bending line of the first inclined wrinkle part. The upper reinforcing rim of the body is formed by joining the folded back part and the blank part cut in the crease formation together and cutting the outer part. The jointed portion will be a three-layer panel thick reinforcing rim. The lower part of the main body is also cut in the shape of the outside. At this time, if two or three layers are overlapped and joined, a reinforcing rim of similar thickness can be made.
Finally, attach the string (harness) to complete the mask.
The mask of the present invention implements a three-dimensional structure that can adapt to various face shapes while maintaining a stable spherical structure when used by forming a plurality of oblique wrinkle portions successively. In particular, the lower part is shaped to support the chin well, so the mask's airtightness is high.

1A and 1B are a front view and a rear view of a conventional pleated mask described in Korean Patent Registration No. 966272, respectively, in a folded state. It consists of three lobes of the middle lobe (1), the upper lobe (2) bent and joined at the upper part of the middle lobe (1), and the lower lobe (3) bent and joined at the lower part of the middle lobe (1). A conventional three-sided mask attached is shown. The mask of the present invention may have various methods of folding the inclined folds during storage. 2 to 5, which is an embodiment of the present invention, in particular, FIGS. 2a and 2b show a case in which the first

In order to clarify the characteristics of the present invention, looking at the manufacturing process of Fig. 4 based on the folded case as shown in Fig. 2a, for example, when preparing the mask material by laminating sheets of various functions (step A), the
