Abstract

The present invention relates to a horizontal folding-type mask, wherein an oblique wrinkle part and a horizontal wrinkle part are differently arranged between a middle part and an upper part or between the middle part and a lower part in a mask body including the middle part, the upper part, and the lower part, to harmonize the advantages of the oblique wrinkle part and the horizontal wrinkle part. A HORIZONTALLY FLAT-FOLDABLE MASK

The present invention relates to a horizontally stacked mask, and more particularly, to a horizontally stacked mask having different types of pleats up and down at the same time.

As a mask for respiratory protection, that is, a face mask, there are two types: a molded cup shape and a flat fold shape. The flat folding form may be divided into a horizontal stacking type and a vertical stacking type again according to the direction in which multiple surfaces are folded.

The molded cup-shaped mask seems to be able to accurately build an internal air chamber that is sealed from the outside by a rigid structure, but it is difficult to accommodate them all because the contours of the face differ from person to person. In addition, since the width of the outer periphery of the cup is limited, it is located between the temporomandibular joint and the temple, so that it is difficult to maintain a closed structure for facial muscle movements such as speaking. The biggest problem is that it is cumbersome to carry due to the volume occupying a certain space.

The conventional stacking mask as described above has its own multi-faceted structure to cover the face contour centered on the nose, but the three-dimensional structure is limited to about 3 and 4 sides.

The present inventor disclosed a mask having a structure of 5 to 6 sides in Korean Patent Registration No. 1697766 and unpublished Korean Patent Application No. 2018-0025688. The present inventor's mask of the five to six surface structure is characterized in that the upper first part and the lower second part are partially joined and bent by a central horizontal bending line. This mask does not have a middle face (middle lobe) unlike the conventional three-lobe mask.

The present inventor can not economically manufacture a mask that can implement a three-dimensional structure that fits the contour of the face while having a middle face (middle lobe) that may be aesthetically advantageous when unfolded and used as a foldable mask? As a result of long research on the mask wrinkle structure and the mask consistent manufacturing process, the present invention was completed.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a horizontally stackable mask that can be easily folded and stored while maintaining a three-dimensional structure similar to a hemispherical shape when used as a foldable mask.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a mask having high sealing properties, hygienic handling, and high adaptability to various face shapes of users.

According to the present invention, in the folded state, the middle lobe, the upper lobe, the lower lobe, the sloping wrinkle part extending upward from the middle lobe and horizontally bent from the upper lobe, and having a curved or sloping middle bending line downward from the center to both sides; There is provided a horizontally stacked mask comprising: a body that extends horizontally bent from the middle lobe, has one or more horizontal intermediate bends, and includes a horizontal wrinkle portion continuing to the lower lobe; and a harness mounted on both sides of the main body. The mask of the present invention preferably has a reinforcing rim where the edge of the upper or lower lobe adjacent to the oblique pleat is reinforcedly joined to the blank portion cut in forming the oblique pleat. The reinforcing rim is preferably a three-layer panel thickness. In this case, in the formation of the inclined wrinkle part, only a small portion of the blank portion remains uncut and the user may apply a little force to separate the joined reinforcement rim during use. The mask of the present invention may incorporate known prior art techniques in which a harness is bonded to, generally, the four corners of the body or to adjust the length of the harness.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, description will be made based on the case where the upper lobe is placed on top in the folded state of the mask. In the present invention, 'lobe' means the main surface of the middle lobe, upper and lower lobes of the mask, and the oblique wrinkle part and the horizontal wrinkle part are unfolded when the mask of the present invention is unfolded for use. Usually, these panels are made by stacking sheet materials with multiple functions. In the present invention, the term "joint cut" means that splicing and cutting are performed together. The mask of the present invention generally forms a middle lobe, an upper lobe, and a lower lobe by bending one panel, but in some cases, it may be formed by bonding a plurality of panels.

In the present invention, the panel forming the middle lobe, the upper lobe and the lower lobe is not particularly limited in material and may be used in various ways, such as woven fabrics and non-woven fabrics. For example, it may be made of a composite nonwoven fabric in which a melt blown nonwoven fabric to which static electricity is imparted and a spunbonded nonwoven fabric are laminated. These nonwoven fabrics form well-controlled micropores at the time of manufacture to provide the function of filtering the inhaled air. The lining may be a soft material, such as polypropylene mixed with polyethylene, and a soft spunbonded nonwoven fabric may be used.

In the present invention, bonding is mainly performed by fusion, particularly ultrasonic fusion, in the case of nonwoven fabrics, but may be performed by sewing or bonding in the case of woven fabrics. Most of the horizontal stacking mask of the present invention can be manufactured by a consistent process by laminating (or laminating), bending, bonding, and cutting. In addition, in the case of bending and bonding as a single laminated panel, feeding and transporting are easy in the manufacturing process, and the manufacturing process is simple.
