Abstract

A construction method of a prefabricated structure is disclosed. Provided is the construction method of a prefabricated structure, which comprises the following steps of: (a) preparing a base frame having a longer longitudinal width than a width of a panel and a long transverse width so as to erect a plurality of panels in a longitudinal direction, forming a plurality of through holes to drive an anchor nail, and coupled to a fixing pipe in an edge portion in a longitudinal direction; (b) finishing a wall module by continuously coupling the panels in an upper portion of the base frame; (c) inserting a pipe for transport into the fixing pipe; and (d) moving the wall module by hanging a rope in the pipe for transport.

Description

{Construction method of prefabricated structures}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to a method of constructing a building, and more particularly, to a method for rapidly and accurately constructing a wall by continuously moving a plurality of panels to a construction site without disturbance.

Prefabricated buildings are economical because they can be used for various purposes including construction of residential buildings, recreational areas, military barracks, etc. Since the construction period is short and the load of the building itself is low, And it is advantageous that it can be disassembled and moved to another place when necessary.

These prefabricated buildings are manufactured in modules at the manufacturing plant and transported to the construction site by cargo trucks. At this time, the modules formed by the continuous connection of the panels may be disturbed by vibrations or shocks, and may not be able to be easily transported in the case of a heavy load.

The construction efficiency of the prefabricated building is lowered as the construction is done in the field, and the air is lengthened. Therefore, there is a need for a method of constructing a building that can easily transport a large module made in a manufacturing factory.

In this connection, Korean Patent Laid-Open No. 10-2006-0012888 (wall structure of a prefabricated building) is available.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method of constructing a prefabricated building, which is capable of safely moving a module having a high weight and a large size, which are assembled by panels, without being disturbed.

 According to an aspect of the present invention,

(a) It has a vertical width that is wider than the width of the panel and a long horizontal width so that a plurality of panels can be set up in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of through holes are formed so that anchor nails can be stuck. Preparing a base frame to which a pipe is coupled;

(b) successively joining the panels to the top of the base frame to complete the wall module;

(c) inserting a transport pipe into the fixed pipe;

(d) roping the transport pipe to move the wall module.

The present invention provides a method of constructing a prefabricated building, which can move safely into a construction site without disturbing a high-weight and large-sized module formed by joining panels.

1 is a flowchart of a method of constructing a prefabricated building according to an embodiment of the present invention.
2 is a perspective view of a base frame according to an embodiment of the present invention;
3 is a perspective view showing a panel coupled to a base frame according to an embodiment of the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. And this does not mean that the spirit and scope of the present invention are limited.

2 is a perspective view of a base frame according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a base frame according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a perspective view combining panels.

S11 has a vertical width larger than the narrow width of the panel 20 and a long horizontal width so as to allow the plurality of panels to stand up in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of through holes 11 are formed so that anchor nails can be formed And a base frame 10 to which a fixing pipe 12 is coupled at an edge in the longitudinal direction.

The base frame 10 can be made of a steel plate. The base frame 10 is in the shape of a plate having a narrow vertical width and a long horizontal width. The vertical width of the base frame 10 is wider than the narrow width of the panel 20. Therefore, a space for anchoring the anchor nail is secured, and a space for securing the anchor pipe 12 is secured.

 The horizontal width of the base frame 10 is long enough to continuously mount the plurality of panels 20 thereon. A plurality of through holes (11) are formed in the base frame (10). When the base frame 10 is placed on a concrete foundation in a construction site, the concrete foundation and the base frame 10 can be joined with an anchor nail.

A fixing pipe 12 is coupled to an edge of the base frame 10. The fixed pipe 12 may be a square pipe having a square cross section. The fixed pipe 12 and the base frame 10 can be welded together. At least one pair of the fixing pipes 12 may be coupled to the edge of the base frame 10 in the longitudinal direction. The transport pipe 30 can be inserted into the fixed pipe 12 and the transport pipe 30 can be bundled with a rope by a crane or the like. At this time, if the transportation pipes 30 are formed as a pair, balance is easy.

Step S12 is a step of completing the wall module 200 by continuously joining the panel 20 to the upper part of the base frame 10. The length of the wall module 200 may be about 10 meters. Each of the panels 20 may be a pure wall, a door, or a wall formed with a window. By successively fastening the panel 20 in this way, one wall module 200 of the building can be completed. This work is done collectively at all manufacturing facilities with all equipment and facilities.

S13 is a step of inserting a transport pipe 30 into the fixed pipe 12 and S14 is a step of moving the wall module 200 by roping the transport pipe 30. [ When the wall module 200 is coupled to the top of the base frame 10, it must be transferred to the installation site. It is general that the construction site is outdoors, and the foundation structure is made of concrete on the land. By inserting the conveying pipe 30 into the fixed pipe 12, the rope can be bound to the conveying pipe 30. The transportation pipe 30 can be lifted with a crane or the like to move the wall module 200 together with the base frame 10 to the transportation truck. At this time, the wall module 200 is fixed to the base frame 10, and the entire base frame 10 is coupled by the fixing pipe 12, so that the base frame 10 is lifted without being bent.

Thereafter, the base frame 10 is bonded to the foundation structure using an anchor nail at the completed construction site.

As shown in FIG. 4, the prefabricated building can be coupled between the wall modules. When this continuous process is performed, the four side walls can be connected. As a result, quick construction is possible.

After the completion of the construction, the fixed pipe 12 may be removed from the base frame 10, or the concrete may be directly poured in a state where the fixed pipe 12 is coupled to the base frame 10.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments. Modifications and additions by those skilled in the art to an equivalent range based on the embodiments will also fall within the scope of the present invention.
