Description

Skimmer {Skimmer}

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a skimmer, and more particularly, to a skimmer which is introduced into a sea or fresh water to recover an effluent or suspended matter.

Recently, frequent marine casualties have caused pollution and pollution of the sea by polluting the oceans with oil flowing from the vessels. In addition, suspended matter is continuously generated in rivers, rivers or wastewater purification facilities. Various devices have been developed to recover such effluents or suspensions. Among these devices, there are weir type skimmer and drum type skimmer as devices for recovering effluent oil, and techniques for recycling waste oil of oil tankers and the like and sucking the effluent oil directly to the ship are already utilized.

However, in particular, it is necessary to quickly remove the oil that is leaked in the event of a marine accident. Conventionally, it is necessary to spray the oil treatment agent to the polluted area by an airplane or a ship or to install an oil fence, Type skimmer or drum-type skimmer into the contaminated area to recover the effluent oil. Spraying the oil treatment agent causes another environmental pollution, and conventional weir type skimmer and drum type skimmer have a disadvantage in that the volume is generally large and the convenience of transportation is poor.

Therefore, it is urgent to develop a skimmer that can be quickly transported to the accident site.

< Effluent Or suspension recovery device>

According to an embodiment of the present invention, an effluent or scum collecting apparatus is an apparatus for collecting effluent oil or suspended matters floating on a surface of a water, which is inputted into a sea, a river, a river, For example, in the case of oceans, oil spilled out (hereinafter referred to as spilled oil) is recovered in the case of oil spill due to a ship accident, and in the case of waste water treatment plants, spoil floating on the water surface is recovered. In the case of a river or a river, tadpole eggs and the like can be recovered. As described above, the effluent or scum collecting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention recovers the effluent or suspended matter scattered thinly on the water surface with a water content as low as possible. In an embodiment of the present invention, the oil or skimmer collecting apparatus will be described as an oil skimmer. However, as described above, all the oil or suspended matter floating on the surface of the sea or fresh water can be recovered.

As shown in FIG. 1, the oil skimmer 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention recovers oil that has leaked when a ship accident occurs in the sea (or in the event of an accident). The oil skimmer 10 is introduced into the oil spill area and sucks out the oil spilled on the interface with the sea water (the oil spilled into the sea due to a marine accident). At this time, when the oil skimmer 10 collects the effluent oil, the space for storing the recovered oil is limited, so it is necessary to reduce the water content as much as possible. This is because the recovered oil recovered by the oil skimmer 10 is stored by pumping with a bus (ship carrying the oil skimmer). At this time, if the water content becomes high, unnecessary seawater must be stored, which is inefficient.

As shown in FIG. 2, the oil skimmer 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention for minimizing the water content has a support body 100, a buoyant body 200, a oil collecting part 300, a fixing part 400, ≪ / RTI > Since this distinction is for convenience of description, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited by the reference numerals and the divided configurations.

FIG. 2 is a view showing a buoyant body expanded when an oil skimmer 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is recovered. FIG. 3 is a structure in which a buoyant body is folded to maximize the convenience of transportation. The oil skimmer 10 normally folds the buoyant body as shown in Fig. 3 and stores it. When entering the oil spill area due to marine accidents, the oil skimmer must be moved using the bus, so the volume should be small and the weight should be small. Therefore, by folding and moving the buoyant body of the oil skimmer of the present invention, a person can be moved easily. In addition, as described later, the members of the oil skimmer are integrated with each other and made of a light material, so that the weight can be reduced and the production yield can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 4, the support 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a substantially 'circular shape' in the shape of a central region and has three directions As shown in Fig. The coupling portion may include first, second, and third direction coupling portions 110a, 110b, and 110c. The first, second, and third direction coupling portions 110a, 110b, 110c are each extended and protruded from the center region at an angle of about 120 degrees. However, it is needless to say that the coupling portion may be formed in two directions or four or more directions as necessary, and the coupling portion may be formed corresponding to the directionality.

As shown in FIG. 4, the protruding portion 113 of the first direction coupling portion 110a is formed with a buoyant body coupling groove 111 for coupling with a first buoyant body 210 described later, The bolt protector 111a is inserted into the buoyant body coupling groove 111 and the fixing portion 111b is inserted into the bolt protector 111a to engage with the first buoyant body 210. [ At this time, the fixing portion 111b may be a bolt and a nut. The first direction coupling part 110a is formed with a buoyant body coupling groove 111 and the first buoyant body 210 to be described later is formed to correspond to the support coupling engagement groove 211. [ The first buoyant body 210 is fixed to the buoyant body engagement groove 111 by the fixing portion 11b inserted into the support member engagement groove 211 so that the first buoyant body 210 moves downward . ≪ / RTI >

As shown in FIG. 4, a seating part 112 is formed in the first direction coupling part 110a. The right seating part 112a and the left seating part 112b are formed on both sides of the substantially end of the projection 113 protruding from the center area of the first direction coupling part 110a. The first float body 210 has a groove 212 formed at an end of a joining portion to be engaged with the support body and a protrusion 113 is formed in the groove 212, Respectively.

The seat portion 112 is a space in which the first buoyant body 210 is seated as shown in FIG. 5 when the buoyant body 200 described below is unfolded. 4, the upper surface 112a-1 of the right seating portion 112a is formed downward with respect to the surface of the protrusion 113, and the protrusion length of the upper surface is formed to be less protruded than the protrusion 113. [ The upper surface 112a-1 is where the first buoyant body 210 is seated when unfolded. The side surface 112a-2 of the right seating portion 112a is a side surface formed by being bent downward from the longitudinal protrusion end of the top surface 112a-1 as shown in FIG. Thus, the top and sides are formed with approximately '┌' characters. The side face 112a-2 of the right seating portion 112a can adjust the angle of folding as shown in Figs. 6 and 7 when the first buoyant body 210 is folded. Fig. 6 is a view when the first buoyant body 210 is unfolded. Fig. 7 is a view when folded. When the side is formed substantially vertically as shown in Fig. 7, The angle of folding of the first buoyant body 210 can be made to be folded more or less than 90 degrees. Therefore, the side surface 112a-2 of the right seating portion 112a serves as a stopper for adjusting the angle of folding of the first buoyant body 210. [ The left seating portion 112b has the same configuration as that of the right seating portion 112a. Therefore, when the first buoyant body 210 is unfolded, the protruding portion 113 is fitted into the groove 212 of the first buoyant body, and the first buoyant body 210 is seated on the right and left seating portions 112a and 112b It is spread horizontally roughly. At this time, the horizontal angle adjustment is adjusted along the left and right upper surfaces of the seating portion 112. That is, by adjusting the inclination of the upper surface, the angle when the first buoyant body 210 is unfolded can be adjusted.

However, the configuration of the first directional coupler 110a may be applied to the configurations of the remaining second and third directional couplers 110b and 110c, The second directional coupler 220 and the third directional coupler 110c may be coupled to each other.

As shown in FIG. 8, a support rod 100 is formed with a center rod fixing groove 121 to be described later. The center rod fixing groove 121 is formed in a substantially central portion of the lower surface of the support 100. A center rod 410 to be described later is inserted and fixed in the center rod fixing groove 121. 9, the first rod engaging groove 122a is formed on the lower surface of the protrusion 113 of the first direction engaging portion. A first rod 420 to be described later is inserted and fixed in the first rod engaging groove 122a and a second rod and a third rod 430 and 440 are fixed to the lower surfaces of the protrusions of the second and third direction engaging portions 110b and 110c, (Not shown) are inserted and coupled.

The buoyant body 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 10, and the first buoyant body 210 will be described below. The description of the second and third buoyant bodies 220 and 230 will be omitted. The description of the buoyancy member 210 will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 10, the first buoyant body 210 is formed with a support-engaging fixing groove 211 for fixing to the first direction engaging portion 110a of the support. The fixing portion 111b is inserted into the supporting member engaging fixing groove 211 and the bushing body engaging fixing groove 111, and is engaged and fixed to each other. The groove 212 formed in the first buoyant body 210 is a groove into which the protrusion 113 of the first direction coupling portion 110a is fitted when the buoyant body is deployed. The groove 212 is formed in the center region of the substantially end surface of the coupling region 213 where the first buoyant body 210 is engaged with the first direction coupling portion 110a so as to correspond to the projection 113 in the longitudinal direction Grooves are formed.

As shown in FIG. 10, the first buoyant body 210 is widened (w 1 ) and thickened (d 1 ) as the buoyant body is further away from the coupling region 213 in the longitudinal direction of the buoyant body, . The reason for this is that the buoyant force is maximized by widening the surface area of the buoyant body contacting the water, and because the buoyant body is wide and the length is long, the balance can be stably maintained irrespective of the sea crest. 1, the coupling region 2131 of the buoyant body 200 is formed in a region opposite to the coupling region 213 without contacting the water surface (that is, the region where the width of the buoyant body is the widest and the thickness is the thickest Losing area) touches the water surface and maintains the buoyancy in three directions.

3 in order to reduce the volume of the oil skimmer 10, the buoyant body 200 is automatically unfolded along the water surface of the seawater when the buoyant body 200 is introduced into the outflow oil collection area . That is, when the oil skimmer 10 folded at the bus line is thrown to the sea, the oil skimmer 10 is automatically unfolded along the water as shown in FIG. 2 (expanded) in FIG. 3 (folding).

The collecting unit 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an upper support 310, a bellows 320, a lower support 330, and a screen 340 as shown in FIG. 11 and 12, the buoyancy is maintained because the inside of the upper support 310 is formed of hollow material and can be floated on the water. When the bellows 320 described below enters the water, the folded bellows 320, . That is, the above-described buoyant body 200 provides total buoyancy of the oil skimmer 10 and the upper support 310 provides buoyancy such that the bellows 320 can be unfolded. As shown in FIG. 12, the upper support 310 has a center rod through groove 311 through which the center rod 410 passes. Thus, the upper support may be moved up and down along the center rod 410 with respect to the support 100 and the lower support 330. As shown in FIG. 12, the upper support 310 has a circular shape in cross section and has a groove of about 2/3 of its center area. The upper support 310 has a cover (not shown) A support frame 312 is integrally formed in three directions from the central region at an angle of about 120. A center rod through groove 311 is formed on the central portion of the support frame 312 The upper surface 314 of the upper support 310 is formed higher than the lid 313 and the water surface 20 is located on the same plane as the upper surface 314 as shown in FIG. The upper support 310 provides the self-buoyant force (independent buoyancy) to the bellows 320 separately from the buoyant body 200, and the bellows 320 is provided with the self- So that the upper surface 314 remains horizontal with the water surface.

The bellows 320 according to an embodiment of the present invention is folded at normal times and is stretched downwardly and downwardly by the buoyant force of the upper support 310 at the time of recovering the outflow oil. When the upper support 310 providing its own buoyancy provides buoyancy in accordance with the waves, the bellows 320 is elastically stretched and contracted in the vertical direction. The bellows 320 is wrapped around the lid portion 313 of the upper support and the lid portion 334 of the lower support described later. So that the upper support 310 can be stretched as much as it provides buoyancy. That is, when the water suddenly rises and a lot of water overflows to the upper surface 314 of the upper support 310, the buoyancy of the upper support 310 is lowered so that the upper support 310 does not go below the surface of the instant water and the bellows 320 is folded . Thereafter, the upper support body 310 recovers buoyancy by its own buoyancy and keeps it horizontal with the water surface 20.

The collecting part 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed under the support 100 and is provided inside a virtual circle in which first, second, and third rods 420, 430, and 440 described later are formed. 3, the folded buoyant body 200 is folded at about the same position as the first, second, and third rods 420, 430, and 440.

The lower support 330 according to an embodiment of the present invention is located below the bellows 320 and includes a center rod fixing groove 331 in which the center rod 410 is fixed as shown in FIG. do. The lower support 320 is approximately "circular ", with the groove 335 being about 3/4 of the center area. Outflow oil sucked by the dug groove 335 and the bellows 320 is collected. As shown in FIG. 13, a lid 334 is formed on the outer frame so that the bellows 320 can be covered. The lower support body 330 is formed at one side of the lower portion of the lid 334 with a return oil discharge portion 333 for pumping the collected oil out by a bus bar and discharging the collected oil. Thus, although not shown in the present invention, a pump is disposed in the vicinity of the bus or oil skimmer to pump the effluent.

A coupling portion 332 for coupling with the first rod 420 is formed on the lower surface of the peripheral region of the lower support 330. The engaging portion 332 includes a first rod engaging groove 332a, a first rod engaging portion 332b, and an engaging groove 332c. The first rod 420 is inserted into the coupling groove 332c so that the coupling groove 421 formed in the first rod 420 and the first rod coupling groove 332a are aligned with each other, (332b). The first rod engaging portion 332b may be formed of a bolt and a nut.

The sieve 340 according to one embodiment of the present invention scrapes the debris contained in the effluent flowing along the top surface 314 of the upper support as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the size of the mesh formed in the filtering screen 340 can be varied depending on the place of use. The screen 340 is disposed at a predetermined height between the bellows 320 and the upper support 310.

The coupling portion 332 of the lower support 330 described above is described for coupling the first rod 420. Although not shown in the drawing, the coupling portion 332 is formed in three places in the direction of about 120 degrees, 1, 2 and 3 loads 420, 430 and 440, and further explanation will be omitted from the above description.

The fixing unit 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention fixes the support 100 and the lower support 330 as shown in FIG. The fixing portion 400 is formed of the center rod 410 and the first, second, and third rods 420, 430, and 440. The center rod 410 is positioned in the central region with respect to the first, second and third rods 420, 430 and 440 and inserted into the center rod fixing groove 121 of the support and the center rod fixing groove 331 of the lower support. The first, second, and third rods 420, 430, and 440 are coupled and fixed at a position of about 120 degrees outward about the center rod 410. The center rod 410 is of a substantially linear type, and the first, second and third rods 420, 430 and 440 are bent in a 'C' shape in order to be coupled with the lower support 330.

The support 100, the buoyant body 200, the upper support 310 and the lower support 330 of the collecting part are made of polyethylene or polypropylene. The bellows 320 is made of rubber, and the fixing part 400 ) Is made of stainless steel. The support body 100, the buoyant body 200, the upper support body 310, and the lower support body 330 are formed into the same material, thereby increasing the production efficiency and reducing the manufacturing cost. The return oil discharge portion 333 is assembled to the lower support 330 by heat fusion processing.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiment thereof, the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and applications are possible. In other words, those skilled in the art can easily understand that many variations are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention.
