Abstract

The present invention relates to an overload detecting apparatus for a vehicle, and more particularly, to an overload detecting apparatus for a vehicle, which detects whether a loaded load after an overload of a cargo loaded on a vehicle is sensed from outside.
The vehicle over-range detecting apparatus according to the present invention includes load sensing means, display means, and control means. The load sensing means includes a load sensor mounted on the cargo loading portion to sense the weight of the cargo loaded on the cargo loading portion of the vehicle. The display means is provided with an overhead indicator installed at the rear of the vehicle. The control unit may include a setting unit for setting a reference value and a control unit for emitting the overload indicator if the load measured by the load sensor is greater than the reference value.
When the measured value of the load sensor is within a certain range from the reference value, the control unit causes the over-light to emit yellow light. When the over-range light is greater than the predetermined range, And if it is smaller than the predetermined range, it is preferable to emit green light.
According to the present invention, the load sensing means is provided in the cargo loading portion of the vehicle, and the state of the cargo loaded is indicated by an overload indicator so that anyone can check whether the cargo is overloaded from outside the vehicle. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the overload of the cargo from the cargo loading stage.

Description

Technical Field [0001] The present invention relates to an overload detection apparatus for vehicle,

The present invention relates to an overload detecting apparatus for a vehicle, and more particularly, to an overload detecting apparatus for a vehicle, which detects whether a loaded load after an overload of a cargo loaded on a vehicle is sensed from outside.

The highway damage caused by overload is serious. One 10-ton cargo car causes road damage such as passenger cars of 80,000 cars, and a 15-ton cargo car carries 3.9 million cars. As a result, it is reported that only about 50 billion loss of highway damage is caused.

In the case of a 40 ton cargo truck, the tire life is reduced by 30% and the braking distance is increased from 84m to 112.5m when the 10 ton is overloaded. Four out of 10 highway deaths are cargo accidents.

Therefore, it is important to prevent overloading of the vehicle. As a result, an over-vehicle detecting apparatus for detecting an overload of a vehicle has been disclosed in a number of patent publications 10-1312509, 20-1996-0028809, and 10-1999-0009841.

The conventional vehicle overload detection apparatus disclosed in the prior art was constructed as a separate device from the vehicle, so that it was possible to determine whether the vehicle was overloaded only when the vehicle passed the overload detection apparatus installed at a specific place. Therefore, even a person who carries a cargo on the vehicle can not know whether or not the cargo has been loaded correctly before passing through the overload detection device.

In addition, there is a problem that it is possible to know whether the vehicle is overloaded only at a specific place where the overload detection device is installed.

The present invention is intended to solve the above problems. An object of the present invention is to provide an over-the-vehicle detecting apparatus which is installed in a vehicle and displays it on the outside by an indicator lamp so that any person can know whether or not the cargo is overloaded when the cargo is loaded.

1 is a conceptual diagram of an embodiment of an over-the-vehicle detecting apparatus according to the present invention.
2 is a conceptual diagram of a vehicle to which the embodiment of FIG. 1 is applied.

An embodiment of the over-limit detecting apparatus for a vehicle according to the present invention will be described with reference to Fig.

The vehicle over-range detection apparatus according to the present invention includes load sensing means (10), control means (20), and display means (30).

The load sensing means 10 senses the weight of the cargo loaded on the cargo loading portion of the vehicle 40. For this purpose, a load sensor mounted on the cargo loading section is provided.

The display means 30 is provided with an overhead indicator lamp 31 and is installed at the rear of the vehicle.

The control means 20 includes a setting unit 21 and a control unit 23. [ The setting unit 21 sets a reference value for determining whether or not it is overloaded. For example, 4.5 ton, 8.5 ton, 11.5 ton can be set according to the type of car.

The control unit 23 compares the measured value of the load sensor with a reference value, and causes the over-indication lamp 31 of the display means 30 to emit light in accordance with normal, warning, and overload. For example, if the value measured by the load sensor is within the range of ± 10% of the reference value, the overload indicator (31) is emitted in yellow as a warning, and if the measured value exceeds the range, And the overexposure light 31 is emitted in green in a normal sense if it is smaller than the range. Therefore, anyone who reports the color emitted by the overhead indicator 31 can determine whether the loaded cargo is overloaded.

In the present embodiment, three over lights 31, such as a yellow light, a green light, and a red light, are provided to emit light of yellow, green, and red, respectively, . Reference numeral 32 is a turn signal lamp installed at the rear of the vehicle, and reference numeral 33 is a tail lamp.

According to the present invention, it is possible to judge whether or not an overload is immediately caused by loading a cargo, so that overload of the cargo can be prevented from the loading stage of the cargo.
