본 실험예에서는 상기 제조예 1에서 제조한 산국 정유와 제조예 2에서 제조한 유자 하이드로졸(유자 정유 함유)의 피부 효능을 확인하고자 하였다. 측정전 세정직후를 대조군으로 하고, 호호바 오일 100 ㎖, 산국 정유 5 ㎖+호호바 오일 95 ㎖, 유자 정유 5 ㎖+호호바 오일 95 ㎖를 각각 실험자의 전박에 도포한 후, 5시간 동안 피부의 수분함량, 멜라닌(미백), 홍반, 피부 pH, 탄력도를 측정하였다. 피부의 수분함량(보습)은 Corneometer CM825를, 멜라닌 지수 및 홍반지수는 Mexameter MX18을, 피부 pH는 Skin-pH-meter PH905를, 탄력도는 Custometer MPA580을 이용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 8에 나타내었다. [비교실시예 1: 일반 세럼 조성물 제조][Comparative Example 1: Preparation of a general serum composition]

본 비교실시예에서는 천연 정유 및 천연 하이드로졸을 함유하지 않는 일반 세럼을 제조하고자 하였다.In this comparative example, a general serum not containing natural essential oils and natural hydrozols was prepared.

[실험예 9: 세럼 조성물의 사용감 테스트][Experimental Example 9: feeling test of serum composition]

본 실험예에서는 상기 실시예 1 내지 2 및 비교실시예 1에서 제조된 각각의 세럼 조성물의 사용감 테스트를 하고자 하였다.In this experimental example, the feeling test of each of the serum compositions prepared in Examples 1 to 2 and Comparative Example 1 was performed.

사용감 테스트는 물성 테스트로서 pH 측정과 관능 테스트로서 외관, 유분감, 흡수력, 전연성, 보습력, 끈적임, 유연성, 향취, 제형 상태 및 전체적인 사용감에 대해서 측정하였다. 평점은 좋지않음:1~매우좋음:5로 측정하였다. 그 결과는 하기 표 13에 나타내었다.The feeling test was a physical property test, measuring the appearance, oiliness, absorbency, freshness, moisturizing, stickiness, flexibility, flavor, formability and overall feel as pH measurement and sensory test.
