Claims (10)
- 인간 유기체에서의 자성체들을 등록 (registering) 하기 위한 검출기 시스템을 포함하는 디바이스로서,
이 검출기 시스템은 적어도 2개의 센서 배열체들과 각각의 센서 배열체에 의해 측정된 자속 밀도를 기록하기 위한 기기를 포함하고, 각각의 센서 배열체는 1개, 2개 또는 3개의 이방성 자기저항 (magnetoresistance) 센서들을 가지며, 이 센서들의 용이한 자화의 축들은 쌍으로 (pair-wise) 상이한 방향들을 가리키며, 그리고 각각의 센서 배열체는 나머지 센서 배열체 또는 센서 배열체들로부터 0.5 ~ 50 cm 의 거리를 가지며, 그리고
적어도 2개의 센서 배열체들은 서로에 대해 0 와 45° 사이의 각도에서 기울어지며, 그리고 자성체 또는 자성체들의 등록 이전, 등록 동안 및/또는 등록 이후에 정량 평가를 등록하기 위한 로그를 갖는, 인간 유기체에서의 자성체들을 등록하기 위한 검출기 시스템을 포함하는 디바이스. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 센서 배열체들은 적어도 하나의 스트랩, 의복 및/또는 주얼리의 아이템에서 통합되거나, 또는 흡입 컵 또는 고정 보조기에 의해 신체 상에 직접적으로 착용 또는 부착되며, 그리고 상기 로그도 또한 상기 신체 상에 소지되는, 인간 유기체에서의 자성체들을 등록하기 위한 검출기 시스템을 포함하는 디바이스. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 로그는 휴대 컴퓨터, 바람직하게는 휴대 전화, PDA, 소형 컴퓨터, 송신기를 갖는 데이터 로거 및/또는 입력 유닛이고, 그리고 상기 로그는 상기 센서 배열체에 전자적으로 연결되는, 인간 유기체에서의 자성체들을 등록하기 위한 검출기 시스템을 포함하는 디바이스. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 디바이스에 의해 상기 인간 유기체에서의 자성체에 의해 발생된 자속 밀도를 등록하기 위한 방법으로서,
(a) 적어도 한번, 각각의 이방성 자기저항 센서에 셋 및 리셋 펄스를 인가하는 단계,
(b) 적합한 신호 컨디셔닝에 의해 그리고 적어도 하나의 저역 통과 필터에 의해 각각의 AMR 센서의 신호를 증폭시키는 단계,
(c) 각각의 센서 배열체의 상기 자속 밀도들의 벡터들의 크기 차이를 결정 및 기록하고 그리고/또는
상기 AMR 센서들의 측정 신호들로부터의 벡터들 사이의 각도 Φ를 결정 및 기록하는 단계, 및
(d) 단계들 (a), (b) 또는 (c) 중 하나와 동시에 또는 단계 (c) 이후에 시간 T 가 경과한 후에, 상기 센서 배열체들의 인간 착용자에 의해 착수되는 정량 평가를, 적어도 한번, 로그에 등록하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 인간 유기체에서의 자성체에 의해 발생된 자속 밀도를 등록하기 위한 방법. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 정량 평가는, 적어도 하나의 주관적인 기준, 바람직하게는 행복감 및/또는 체력이 영숫자 부호들로, 바람직하게는 점수 스케일로 할당되며, 그리고 로그에 입력된다는 사실에 의해 착수되는, 인간 유기체에서의 자성체에 의해 발생된 자속 밀도를 등록하기 위한 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 차이 및/또는 상기 각도 Φ에 대해 상기 단계 (c) 에서 획득된 값들이 시간의 함수로서 기록되고, 그리고 상기 단계 (d) 에서 등록된 평가가 시간의 함수로서 기록되는, 인간 유기체에서의 자성체에 의해 발생된 자속 밀도를 등록하기 위한 방법. - 경구 투여 형태들을 등록하고 그리고 식도관에서의 자성 컴포넌트의 분해의 시간 또는 시간들을 결정하기 위한 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 검출기 시스템의 용도.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 따라 획득된 측정 신호들이 데이터 저장 디바이스에 저장되고, 그리고 저장된 데이터는 바람직하게, 요청 신호의 수신시 수신 디바이스로 송신되는, 검출기 시스템의 용도. - 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,
데이터 관리 네트워크에서의, 검출기 시스템의 용도. - 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
치료 및/또는 영양과정 (nutrition) 에서의, 검출기 시스템의 용도.
