Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to an air-

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention [0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing air resistance in a container ship, and more particularly, to an apparatus for reducing air resistance in a container line that prevents air resistance and fuel consumption from being increased due to a gap between loaded containers.

Generally, a container line is experiencing a phenomenon in which fuel consumption is increased due to air resistance generated in a space formed between containers in a state in which a plurality of containers are loaded. This phenomenon can be mitigated through the structural change of the container ship itself, but it is uneconomical. Therefore, it is preferable to add an additive that prevents air from flowing into the gap between the containers.

Korean Prior Art Patent Publication No. 1217702 (Prior Art 1) and Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2013-0066015 (Prior Art 2) are known as prior art documents which can be referred to in this connection.

The prior art document 1 includes a fixed frame fixedly installed on a deck of a container ship; A moving frame movably installed on a deck between the fixed frame and the bow; And a cover which is installed between the fixed frame and the movable frame and which can be folded or unfolded according to the movement of the movable frame. Accordingly, it is expected that the air resistance during the operation of the container ship is reduced and the propulsion efficiency is improved.

 However, the cargo load on the upper deck of the container line is not desirable because it depends on the amount, type, weight and loading method of the cargo.

The preceding document 2 is installed on the deck of the forefront of the container line and is configured such that the width and the height of the deck expand from the forward side to the stern side. The airflow blowing to the front side of the container To reduce air resistance by the loaded container. Accordingly, the air resistance generated by the container is reduced, thereby achieving economical operation of the container ship.

However, the container line is not effective because it is freestanding at the top of the deck, and it is highly likely to interfere with container loading / unloading work.

1. Korean Registered Patent No. 1217702 entitled "Covering System of Container Ship" (Open date: May 30, 2012) 2. Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2013-0066015 entitled "Device for Reducing Air Resistance in Container Lines" (Open date: June 20, 2013)

It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to reduce the air resistance by closing an empty space between containers by attaching to the container itself, And to provide an apparatus for reducing the air resistance of a container ship.

Another object of the present invention is to employ a folding structure in the container unloading so as not to disturb the operation.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an apparatus for reducing the air resistance of a ship having a plurality of containers mounted thereon, the apparatus comprising: cover means installed to be able to open and close a space separated by the adjacent containers; And fixing means installed to maintain the opened and closed position of the flip.

According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the flip of the cover means is rotatably supported via the hinge band and the support bar.

In this case, the hinge board is detachably mounted on the corner casting of the container.

As a modification of the present invention, the flip of the cover means is provided with at least one of a lead-out portion, a wrinkle portion and a folding portion so as to be capable of varying the length.

According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the fixing means includes at least one of a binding hole and a magnet to fix the position of the container and the flip.

As described above, according to the present invention, since it is installed in the container itself, it can be applied irrespective of the size of the container or the space between the containers, and there is no need to change the structure of the ship itself or attach the adherend. So that the effect is not hindered.

Figure 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating various flips according to a variant of the present invention.
3 is a schematic diagram showing the shipping / operating state of the container according to the present invention;
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the disassembly / unloading state of the container according to the present invention;

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The present invention proposes an apparatus for reducing the air resistance of a ship loaded with a plurality of containers (10). The container 10 is a rectangular box structure having a plurality of rails 11 and corner posts 12 as skeletons and having panels 14 on six sides. Normally, a container line densely loads such a container 10, but if the interval becomes larger than a predetermined value, the fuel consumption rate is increased due to an increase in air resistance.

According to the present invention, the cover means (20) is installed to be able to open and close the spaced apart spaces of the adjacent containers (10) with the flip (26). The flip 26 of the cover means 20 is formed of a smooth plate material and is disposed in a spaced-apart space between neighboring containers 10 to block the flow of air. The cover means 20 keeps the spacing space closed during the loading and the operation of the container 10, but the spacing space must be opened in consideration of disassembly of the container 10 and ease of handling during loading and unloading.

At this time, the flip 26 of the cover means 20 is preferably made of a resin material having high strength and light weight, but a metal plate can be used at least partially on the resin material for cost reduction.

According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the flip (26) of the cover means (20) is rotatably supported via the hinge band (22) and the support bar (24). A support rod 24 is coupled to one side of the flip. The hinge band 22 rotatably supports the support bar 24 to cause the rotation of the flip 26 about the support bar 24. The support rods 24 are positioned adjacent to and parallel to the corner posts 12 of the container 10 and guide the flip 26 to rotate in a forward and backward 180 degree range parallel to the side panels 14.

The hinge band 22 is detachably mounted on the corner casting 16 of the container 10. A corner casting 16 for inserting and fixing a twist lock (not shown) is provided on a bottom surface and an upper surface of the container 10. As shown in Fig. 1, the corner castings 16 have openings on at least four sides. The hinge band 22 is installed so as not to interfere with the twist lock at one opening of the corner casting 16. Although not shown in the drawings, the attachment / detachment structure of the hinge band 22 can be realized by a general bracket and a bolt.

As a modification of the present invention, the flip 26 of the cover means 20 is provided with at least one of a lead portion 32, a corrugated portion 34 and a folded portion 36 so that the length of the flip 26 can vary. do. 2 (a) shows a draw-out portion 32 which overlaps a flip 26 having a large size and a flip 26 having a small size. 2 (b) shows a wrinkle portion 34 in which a portion of the flip 26 is formed with stretchable wrinkles. Fig. 2 (c) shows a folding portion 36 which can fold and unfold the flip 26 connected by a plurality of hinges. In either case, the length of the flip 26 can be quickly and precisely adjusted in accordance with the spacing space between the adjacent containers 10 according to the shipping condition of the container line.

At this time, the lead portion 32, the wrinkle portion 34, and the folding portion 36 are not necessarily applied to one, but may be applied in combination.

According to the present invention, the fixing means (40) is provided so as to maintain the opened position of the flip (26). 3, the fixing means 40 fixes the flip 26 to the adjacent container 10 when the flip 26 is unfolded to close the spacing space. When the container 10 is shipped and operated in such a state, the flip 26 does not arbitrarily fluctuate, so that variation in air resistance can be prevented. 4, when the flip 26 is folded to open the spacing space, the fixing means 40 fixes the flip 26 to its side surface. When the container 10 is dismounted and unloaded in this state, work delay and damage caused by the flip 26 can be prevented.

According to the detailed configuration of the present invention, the fixing means 40 includes at least one of a binding hole 42 and a magnet 45 to fix the position of the container 10 and the flip 26. [ The binding member 42 is a member of a general bracket-bolt, a cicada, a hook, or the like, and is installed in a male-like structure at the opposite positions in the container 10 and the flip 26, respectively. The magnet 45 is provided only on one side of the container 10 and the flip 26, and is structurally simple since it is not necessary to match the male and female. In the case of the magnet 45, it is also possible to apply a mag switch which can easily control the magnetic force. The binding means 42 of the fixing means 40 and the magnet 45 may be provided in combination without being limited to any one.

As described above, the present invention operates in such a manner that the container 10 is folded upon loading and folded upon releasing, based on a method of holding the flip 26, which is a door-shaped additive, in the container 10 itself. Since the flip 26 may be applied only to the outermost container 10, it is also possible to easily dismount the hinge band 22 from the corner casting 16 to change the installation position if necessary.

On the other hand, the present invention proposes a configuration in which the flip 26 of the cover means 20 rotates between the side panels 14 of the container 10 to open and close the container 10. In addition, It is possible to additionally apply the constitution of opening and closing by turning.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It is therefore intended that such variations and modifications fall within the scope of the appended claims.
