- 하기 화학식 A로 표시되는 구조체를 반복단위로 가지는 화합물; 및 하기 화학식 B로 표시되는 화합물;을 포함하는 조성물의 공중합을 통해 얻어지는 콘택트 렌즈용 하이드로겔 중합체.

상기 중합체는 전체 조성물 대비, 친수성 모노머로서 N-비닐피롤리돈 0.3 내지 5 wt%, 글리세롤 모노메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 20 wt%, 가교제 0.1 내지 5 wt%, 및 중합개시제 0.1 내지 3 wt%를 추가적으로 포함하여 이루어지는 조성물의 공중합에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘택트 렌즈용 하이드로겔 중합체. - 하기 화학식 A-1로 표시되는 구조체를 반복단위로 가지는 화합물 0.05 내지 5 wt%, 2-히드록시에틸 메타아크릴레이트(HEMA) 65 내지 95 wt%, N-비닐피롤리돈 0.3 내지 5 wt%, 글리세롤 모노메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 20 wt%, 에틸렌글리콜 디메타아크릴레이트 0.1 내지 5 wt%, 중합개시제로서 AIBN 0.1 내지 3 wt%로 이루어지는 조성물의 공중합에 의해 얻어지는 콘택트 렌즈용 하이드로겔 중합체.

R7은 각각 동일하거나 상이하고, 서로 독립적으로 또는 이고,
R8은 수소, 또는 알카리 금속 또는 탄소수 1 내지 15의 알킬기이며,
상기 화학식 A-1로 표시되는 구조체를 반복단위로 가지는 화합물의 분자량은 1 내지 100 kDa 이다. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 콘택트 렌즈용 하이드로겔 중합체를 포함하는 콘택트 렌즈.
