More particularly, the present invention relates to a road maintenance pad having a drain function, further comprising a drain member for absorbing water accumulated in a broken road or a space by a capillary phenomenon and discharging the water to the outside, and a road maintenance method using the same .
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Asphalt concrete (hereinafter referred to as "ascon") is widely used for road pavement and parking lots by mixing asphalt, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and filler materials (such as stone, cement) Although such an ascon is usually made by mixing asphalt with coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and packing filler as described above, various new ones are being developed.
The roads constructed with ASCON have different thermal expansion coefficients according to the seasonal temperature changes, cracks caused by connection failure caused by vehicle wheel load, ground subsidence and poor compaction, rainfall / snowfall, (Aging, subsidence, etc.) such as plastic deformation that causes asphalt roads to run in the running direction of the wheel due to repetitive load and drainage failure, temperature variation, and manhole breakage caused by poor compaction, Concrete damage is occurring.
If foreign matter such as rainfall, snowfall or calcium chloride infiltrates into the damaged area, the damaged area becomes larger and eventually leads to severe damage to the road, which may interfere with vehicle traffic and cause a traffic accident. Therefore, in order to safely operate the vehicle and to extend the service life of the road, it is necessary to repair it quickly in the event of breakage of the pavement.
As a method for repairing such a damaged road, various techniques are used. For example, Patent Documents 1 and 2 are available.

Patent Document 2 discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising 70% by weight of a base material made of butyl rubber, 5% by weight of process oil for reinforcing adhesion, 10% by weight of a spherical resin, 10% by weight of calcium carbonate and 5% A release paper layer adhered to the lower part of the adhesive composition layer and made of paper or silicone film so as to temporarily protect the composition layer; To a tape for repairing road cracks which is attached to an upper part of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition layer and is composed of a protective layer for protecting the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition.
Roads repaired by the various conventional road repairing methods or methods are constructed on existing road surfaces, so that water can permeate between existing roads and repaired parts, and when water so permeated remains for a long time, There is a problem that the packaging material is lifted or broken and needs to be repaired.

According to the present invention, moisture permeated inside the repaired portion of the pavement can be discharged to the outside to prevent the portion repaired by the residual water from being damaged.
As shown in FIG. 1, the pad for road maintenance according to the present invention has a
Since polymeric asphalt melts at a much lower temperature than ordinary asphalt, it has good flowability and can flow evenly through cracks when repairing cracked cracks in a narrow gap. Polymeric asphalt also has less void than common asphalt, Excellent and durable, repair parts may not be damaged for a long time.
The
In the pad for road repair according to the present invention constructed as described above, the
That is, when the water is stored in the maintenance part, the
Meanwhile, a method of repairing a road using the pad for road maintenance having the drain function according to the present invention is as follows.
In general, the repair of a broken road is performed by filling a new ascon in a broken portion of the road, and the damaged portion of the road, which has various forms of breakage of the road, needs to be repaired as shown in FIG. 2 (a) It is difficult to install and repair the repair pad according to the present invention.
Accordingly, in order to repair the damaged portion of the road using the repair pad according to the present invention, first, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), a repair space for filling the new asphalt in the groove with a proper depth is formed The existing road surface is trimmed regularly.
When the repair space for filling the new ascon is arranged, the repair pad according to the present invention is installed in contact with the existing road surface inside the repair space as shown in FIG. 2 (c). When the repair pad is installed, It is preferable that the upper part of the repair pad protrudes slightly from the road surface so that one end of the repair pad may be exposed on the road surface.
When the repair pad is installed, the heated new ascon is filled in the repair space. At this time, the maintenance pad is melted by the high heat of the new ascon, so that the repair pad penetrates evenly between the ascon of the existing road and the newly filled ascon, And it acts as a reinforcing binder.
As shown in FIG. 3, the drain member provided on the repair pad is left in the form of a wick, so that the repair is completed by the capillary phenomenon. As a result, The moisture inside the part is sucked and evaporated to the atmosphere by one end of the drain member exposed to the road surface and discharged to the outside.
