Claims (7)
- 일측에 주입구가 형성되고 타측에 토출구가 형성된 본체와;
일정 간격으로 형성된 복수 개의 설치부를 갖고 상기 본체 내부를 상하로 구획하는 경계판과;
상기 경계판 하면에 고정되면서 열을 갖추어 이격된 한 쌍의 제1집진극과;
상기 본체 내부에 형성된 고정부에 고정되고 상기 제1집진극의 외측으로 형성된 제1방전극과;
상기 설치부에 고정되면서 상기 한 쌍의 제1집진극 사이에 형성된 필터;를 포함하되,
상기 제1집진극은 적어도 하나 이상 형성되며,
상기 필터는 중공필터인 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필터는 제1필터와 상기 제1필터에 인접한 제2필터로 이루어지되,
상기 제1집진극은,
상기 제1필터의 일측면에서 단면이 우하향으로 경사진 제1부분 집진극과 상기 제1필터의 타측면에서 단면이 우상향으로 경사진 제2부분 집진극;
상기 제2필터의 일측면에서 단면이 우상향으로 경사진 제3부분 집진극과 상기 제2필터의 타측면에서 단면이 우하향으로 경사진 제4부분 집진극;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1집진극은 절곡부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1집진극에 연결되어 제1집진극의 경사를 조절하는 경사조절부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 본체에는 상기 제1집진극과 상기 제1방전극에 충격력을 인가하는 타격부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 타격부는 타이머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
- 일측에 유입구가 형성되고 타측에 유출구가 형성된 케이스와;
상기 케이스 내에서 상기 유출구에 인접하여 형성된 제1집진기와;
상기 제1집진기와 상기 유입구 사이에 형성된 제2집진기;를 포함하되,
상기 제1집진기는 열을 갖추면서 일정간격 이격된 한 쌍의 제1집진극과 상기 제1집진극의 외측으로 형성된 제1방전극을 가지면서 상기 한 쌍의 제1집진극 사이에는 필터가 형성된 집진기이며, 상기 제2집진기는 상기 본체 내부에 설치된 제2방전극과 제2집진극을 갖는 정전형 집진기인 것을 특징으로 하는,
일체형 집진기.
